Both were delicious. The service is competent and friendly but totally unobtrusive. The deep plush chairs and the wood paneled walls make the bar cozy and invite one to relax. There's a small food menu which we did not sample. They also have a humidor for those interested in a cigar.

The ambience is dark with splashes of colors around the bar, and the drinks are eclectic and unique. We were told we'd get a spot ASAP but instead of waiting, we decided to walk across the street to the row of restaurants that are under the freeway overpass. Personally, I like to explore the city and not just stay in the hotel anyway. As expected while walking by the place on a Sunday night, it was completely empty! Oh well. But, also, again know that it's on the roof of a hotel, so there's not only a decent mix of younger locals, but also (what seems to be) older/foreign guests of the hotel. The servers/bartenders are attentive and friendly, and my boyfriend and I have enjoyed 2 (each) of the very best Aperol Spritz's we've ever had anywhere in the world (we can't decide if the the bartender is using a different ratio, or a special Prosecco or what, but they are TASTY!) all for a grand total of $400ARS aka 12 bucks US (what one single Spritz might cost me in my hometown of Philadelphia).
