All dry spots have water & Electric and they give you a good room to work around your vessel... They also allow one car per boat to park right next to your spot and you can park as many car you like inside the general parking lot. Took the boat down to the keys to be closer to the fishing action, but we'll be back when the big fish start coming further north. If you want a secure, friendly, place for a reasonable fee, this is the place for you. Fuel is one of the cheapest in the water.
