The contract I signed was presented on an IPad and the sales rep scrolled through the pictures/descriptions quickly. We discussed brown for the outside and white for the inside. It turns out what I signed was for all white...inside and outside. I was told the windows are mine and I can do whatever I want with them. If I want brown on the outside, I would have to BUY ANOTHER SET WINDOWS. I asked if they were paintable and if Home Genius would pay for the paint and someone to paint them and was told NO. I was told one of the crew would be sent for brown trim. That never happened. I allowed them to install the windows. I feel the damage to my house is excessive. It was dark out when they finally finished. I didn't get a good look until the next day, and that was just inside. I have attached a few pictures of the damage. My son told me there is damage outside and that he picked up broken glass and metal trim from the driveway. I reached out by email, on Friday night, to the entire team and have not had a response.
