I've always heard and been under the impression that Malmö is cheaper than Stockholm - but it was pricey even by Stockholm lunch standards. Having said that, though, the food was amazing! We ordered the recommended 'menu', which was basically like four mini-courses. It started with out-of-this-world potato salad - seriously, I didn't know potato salad could be so good - and then a sill sandwich - I also didn't know it could be so good! - pyttipanna, and rhubarb pie. Not only was each dish absolutely delicious, but the presentation was also extraordinary. The sill sandwich in particular was beautiful! The waitress was friendly, attentive, and devoted. She was constantly filling our water glasses and was knowledgeable about the menu. Everything was clean and wonderful - I just wish it weren't located right along a busy street (since we ate outside). It was my best food experience in Malmö though!

The second glass was spoiled as well. They suggested we let it breathe. It was undrinkable and I had hoped for a refund or a glass of wine that could be enjoyed. All they could offer was their condolences that we did not care for the spoiled wine. I was told that it was a high acidic wine and that it wasn't for everyone. Why would that be your house wine then?
