After several calls the tow truck driver showed around 12pm. When the driver came, he was asking extra $50.00 reasoning labor of the driver. All he had to do the chain up the car, pull, and place on the flatbed truck which was explained to the phone operator at the time of appointment. I asked them this is your normal course of work, why you are asking more now? They said I parked the car wrong! very frustrating, the car was parked in my huge front yard. I had to call the tow truck because the car was broken, otherwise who calls a tow-truck? Ultimately, I had to pay them extra because I already paid the deposit. I feel like they are scam.
