I was never told when the solar panels were going to be installed, the installer and his team arrived to my house unexpectedly. I also financed the HVAC system with them but was also never kept in the loop as to when the installer would come to my house to get measurements. The HVAC system that we had discussed that I wanted was not the system that the installer showed up with. I ended getting the split system after talking to the tech and also do to the system I was originally wanting being over the budget we had agreed on. Do to the lack of communication and me not getting the HVAC system I originally wanted I asked for an explanation of expenses, that I have yet to receive. I was also never shown how to use the solar edge app. I hope this info helps other individuals, before you do anything with Suntech have it in writing and just know that you will have to be on top of the team constantly to keep you in the loop of what is going on and be prepared to have technicians/installers come to your house without you expecting them. They came right on time and explained exactly what they were doing. And what the charges would be. The fans were a little tricky to install because they weren't your average Walmart fans that could be assembled before putting up on the ceiling. The two guys took their time, and definitely did a great job while making sure they did everything correctly (trust me I was hovering a bit). This was definitely a job for a professional because there were many wires, some electrical work that needed to be addressed in my home, as well as the removal of one existing fan. They installed wireless remotes for all my fans and made sure that none of them would interfere with each other. I am very pleased about this because I would never have thought to make sure there was no interference and that would be disastrous! Arts Electric went the extra mile to even notice that there was a billing mistake on my invoice that I did not notice, and called me to correct it. This speaks volumes to the integrity and honesty of this company and I would definitely do business with them again. They came out and did the initial inspection. The gentleman who came out was kind and very responsive to the exact location of where I wanted the panels placed. About 3 weeks later they came for the install. They installed as per the updated layout and even fulfilled my request to run the tubing back behind the roof pitch as to not be seen from the front. They were done by noon. I watched most of the install and they even answered my questions while doing the different tasks involved. El Paso Electric came out mid-January and activated us. After that Erus configured our system to be monitored online and we've been producing since. As per the monitoring app, our system is producing more than its specified output and we're barely at the end of our "winter" season.
