This place was recommended by a friend of mine, since she's been going here for awhile. So we made an appointment and had our hair done at the same day. This time, my friend was not happy with her hair cut, she wanted a light wispy bangs, but the service did not deliver. On my case, I wanted a butterfly cut with face framing. I showed my hair lady what I wanted and she seemed like she knew what she was doing. Side note, I used to get butterfly cut with face framing all the time, so I've watched my old hairstyler do their thaang. She shampooed my hair and did all that stuff.. and when it came to cutting... it was not it. The only thing that she cut was the bottom of my hair and the front part of my hair which was supposed to "give that layers look" but as you can see.. my hair was nowhere near what I wanted it to be.. pretty disappointing. The lift & the tone of my blond is an icy perfection previous stylists could never achieve with Redken's line (plus no harsh chemicals). The tone looks exactly the same as when I left the salon after 2 weeks of washes, and the foils were placed so beautifully. She technically did a color correction on a bad bleach job for me and I almost happy-cried when I put my glasses on and saw what she did. My mom and sister see her, too, and she has helped my mom keep her hair looking full and beautiful in the face of hormonal hair loss with good products and some wizard-level shaping/layering.
