I placed an order online for in store pick up. I got to the counter and this guy first tried to overcharge me, then he forgot my military discount and then when I got to the car I realized he gave me the wrong order I went back in and they said since I left the building for 2 seconds that they couldn't help me. They wouldn't give me my order so I paid 60 dollars for an eighth at 30 % THC and an eight at 19 percent THC. Wth! You guys owe me 15 dollars and an apology. Saw VIBE on the web just south of me in Inkster I head down there buy a couple pre packed ounces Cartel runtz and super buff cherry take then to my patient get a call today that the Cartel runtz has turned moldy and tastes like mildew . I call the Vibes shop and the guy pretty much tells me that they are not willing to stand behind their products quality . They never have what I order online in stock and don't bother calling to let me know until I get there. Then always try to substitute with a "comparable" product but will try to give me sativa when I'm asking specifically for Hybrid or Indica. How is that comparable? Maybe someone should get a better handle on running their website? Plus why offer reward points when they're not valid for anything? What's the point? Staff is rude and condescending which I personally find hilarious especially the lady that owns/manages the place. If you look at their responses to other negative reviews it's clear whoever does that needs some coaching on how to be more professional. This is supposed to be a business not junior high school. Also, every product I purchase from here doesn't last at all. I bought cartridges from 3 different dispensary's. The others lasted well over a week. Every cartridge I've purchased from vibe is gone within 2-4 days. Same pen, same amount of use everything. I've been intentionally keeping track of this for the last 3 months. Same thing with Flower. I placed an order with Weedmap for curb side pickup an hour later I get an email telling me my order has been picked up so I try callin to see what going on for 20 straight minutes the phone was busy, so now I have to go in to find out what's happening with my order once I'm in there I a was told that my ID needed to be updated I asking why if I was just there on 7/28 & today is 8/12 my birthday is in September so I couldn't understand that one, so now I asked a question about getting a receipt for my order I was told they don't get them out but I could get it from my email which is a lie to this day I still have yet to get a receipt, so I get my order stapled up in the bag make it home & it is not what I ordered phone is busy so I'm stuck with something I didn't order they are now closed this is a bunch of bullshitt !!
