I purchase RSO for pain. Their's was priced at $18 on the shelf for months as well as the day I am speaking on. The ponytail guy decided to charge me $22 although I said you have to charge me as they are priced. He told me they are $22 not $18 as priced on the shelf for months, including this day. When I spoke with management, I was further insulted by statements that made no sense and didn't add up, literally!!! Why they decided to charge me $22 when the item was priced at $18 I do not k now. when I spoke with the manager, he acted as if he didn't think I could comprehend or count! Used to be my favorite dispensary, but the new "Smilez" website for Online Ordering is absolutely atrocious. Dutchie Online Ordering was simple and easy, but now Smilez is painstakingly difficult. Trying to browse for 1 Oz products and it shows me the price of 1/8ths. Adding and removing items from the cart is also ridiculously painstaking. 2 large thumbs down to Smilez, hopefully they go back to the Dutchie ordering system, which actually worked well and made sense. read more

I'll start off saying that before my last interaction I absolutely loved coming to this location. However a couple of weeks ago I had a mishap with a cart I purchased. I've purchased Mac Oils in the past but they've recently changed the size of their carts and it did not fit my battery. Seeing as I've bought them in the past I wasn't prepared for the change and asked for an exchange once I realized. Thankfully the sales associate worked on my behalf to get it exchanged seeing as the package had not been opened or used. I made a transaction today 7/2 around 7pm and found the manager Simon watching my transaction. He was pretty hostile when speaking to his employee during my last interaction and now I think he is going to try to make a habit of watching me every time I come in. Mind you I've been going to location religiously for the past year and half to two years and I've never had an issue. I'm literally in there all the time to get my carts. However, I will not allow for a "manager" to watch my transactions for no reason at all as if I'm a bad customer. Also it doesn't look good that he's watching me and I'm an African American female. Hopefully he'll take a beat and not treat his customers as if they are in the wrong. Other than that the employees always give great customer service so I thank them for doing their jobs correctly. read more

As a consumer and customer I want to know that the people that are selling me product are also educated in what they are selling! They have no clue or want to know anything about cannabis, you can tell most of them either don't partake or if they do they just started a few years ago! Nobody their knows strains and how they feel when ingesting them via smoke or eating, they just read what's on the package! Alot of dispensary are starting to do that same thing hire people with zero experience! It's sad to know that they have no clue what they are selling! Hate the vibe here. It was cool at first but then I noticed Joyology spreads a lot of false advertisement on their page and do not honor deals. The points reward system is ass. I had a manager tell me to my face that I was the second person to complain about the advertising on their website in the last two days. There shouldn't have been a second time it should have already been corrected. So instead of meeting the satisfaction of two customers who read the website correctly. We were turned away. In this photo I believed to be getting a deal. Buy 1 at $3.50 and get one half off. I got 4. Meaning my total should've been 10.50 plus tax. I ended up paying $16 in total. Granted it's just a couple dollars but the deal was not honored and as clear as day it says "this item is included in a special today..." But because it was marked down the special is no longer honored ?? I completely understand that.... If it was advertised which it is not. I personally just think overall they're bad for business. The deal should've been honored based off what's presented online. This is my 4th time with this happening. read more

Everytime I come and place a mobile order I still have to wait a tremendous amount of time. My pickup could be 12-12:15 I sit there until almost 1. They email and say it's ready when in fact it's never ready. No matter what time of day, you end up waiting well past your pickup time. Their employees also pursue customers outside of their establishment, looking them up through social media. With no action being took against them ! Poor establishment all around. Regardless of whether you do a pick up order in store or a pick up order curbside, if you're a new customer, you'll have to go in and pick it up anyway. The total amount online does not reflect the price you pay in store, so they'll ask for more money when you're in store. I won't be coming back here, it defeats the purpose of convenient curbside pick up if you have to go in anyway. Michigans Finest is quicker and right around the corner from here if you want speedy curbside pickup. read more

Not very happy.. I drive all the way from 9 mile and Farmington rd. This last visit I ordered 10 pre rolls, 2 packs of Gummies and asked for a middle shelf 1/8... that night I reached in the bag and smoked a pre roll, but the next day emptied the bag out and saw that he only gave me 9 preroll's total and the 2 gummies. Don't listen to any of the hate reviews. One person is mad he didn't get a job here. And everyone else seems to complain about pre rolls, edibles, and the website. The dispensary isn't perfect but it's a GOOD dispensary. The ONLY thing that could really change imo are the budtenders. They could definitely be more knowledgeable about the job and the products they have/get. The flower is pretty good and they do restock flower pretty often so usually youll get fresh stuff and its usually well priced, the "exotic" packs are just always expensive. If you're going to a dispensary for pre rolls thats where you're screwing up. All the hate for no reason. Everytime i've been here they've been nice, helpful, quick, and have NEVER messed up an order i've made. If you complain about how far it is go somewhere closer to you, like wtf are you doing? I ordered a cart from here a while ago and they gave me the wrong kind that did not even go on the regular battery I had. They sold me a 'terpene tank' and would not change it out for me. And then, I find out you can only buy the special battery for the cart from a dispo! I said whatever I just wanted to smoke and I bought the battery and used it and was fine. Fast forward to today though, and they don't even sell the terpene tank carts anymore! So they just forced me to buy this whole new thing to smoke a cart they incorrectly sold me, and now I can't even use the battery because they don't have any carts anymore. read more
