The staff were so polite and helpful, which made a stressful situation better. They have loaner tools, which was such a relief since I don't carry tools in my car. They also have a battery kit for jumps. Just a good experience for some people really stressed out, far from home, people.

Which isn't comfortable because the throttle is designed for thumb and forefinger. The warranty, while it may work out, does not include shipping to the manufacturer. They also assume you saved the original box, as if we all have room to store boxes. Of course you can buy a new box from Glion for $15 plus $30 shipping, then send back with weight and oversized box charges of about $100 at USPS rates. Who knows how long the repair will take, as well as the return shipping. I wouldn't bother with this one, all the conveniences are there, size, weight folds nicely, till you have a problem, then who cares about the conveniences.

It is seriously the best, most fun way to make your commutes. I start my day feeling fresh and happy when passing all those cars stuck in traffic in the city haha. But what really stands Glion Electric Scooters apart is their customer service. I've had two instances where I reached out and both times (Wei and Lori), they answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I was happy before closing their support ticket. I love this product, this company. Very good operation here. If I have a kid or if I need an scooter upgrade, I'm coming back here!
