I deal with Maria who was efficient, helpful and thorough from start to finish. She made the process of completing the information on the form so easy - because in fact once I'd sent her the details she offered to fill it in for me. I chose from flash, of which there were many options, and the others did custom. The staff was incredibly kind and our tattoos are all excellent. There was a slight miscommunication due to language barrier, but the staff went above and beyond (and unnecessarily!) to make things right. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone for a great experience and great work!
