This last trip, I tried the chicken pate - WOW, the best pate I have tried on the island. I regret not trying it earlier. It was a different take on the traditional pate, it had flaky buttery crust and curry chicken inside Parking is free and their prices are also more economical than other bakeries. In addition, their customer service is amazing...all friendly people! And Christian!! I love seeing businesses who stand for the kingdom of God. The guava tartlet I had was nice: good sticky filling in a well-made crust. The raisin bun, however, didn't offer much flavor. I suspect it would benefit from being split open and toasted / grilled with butter. And while I've come to expect uneven customer service here on St Croix, the person who interacted with me seems so stern, so serious. BTW, the prices were great! Very affordable.
