I even offered to immediately pay anything legitimate if records existed. Making serious accusations against customers without documentation, then refusing to provide proof while publicly banning and embarrassing them, is incredibly unprofessional and poorly handled management behavior. Businesses absolutely have the right to refuse service. What they should not do is make unsupported accusations against customers without evidence to back them up. Very disappointing experience overall.
