Veyo has a really shitty reputation. And they definitely live up to it. They either do not show up at all, or they show up way too early before the appointment and it's not just an hour early they show up for it's sometimes even longer than that like 2 hours. And sometimes they show up 5 minutes before the appointment starts and then they're like "oops do you think I can still make it to your appointment oopsy daisies totally forgot that I had to take you lol ". And then they have the audacity to pick you up in junkie grimy cars with drivers who have anger issues and you go to sit down in your seat and you find bloody gauze from a previous passenger on the seat that they want you to sit down on. What the hell kind of service is this? They need to be shut down absolutely unacceptable and then when you report abusive drivers they're like "well we can't promise you that you'll never get them again if you do you do if you don't you don't have a nice day!" read more

Someone posted a review a year ago about Naomi. She is still employed there and is still super rude and not helpful. Veyo is MTM. I called for my dad and he's in his 70's. He needs a ride to and from his doctor which is reoccurring a few days each week. Naomi was super rude and unhelpful and kept repeating the same thing and was not listening. I don't know how she is still employed there with that kind of attitude. She is part of the customer representative team. read more

Deserves zero stars and to be put out of business. I had video evidence of their driver berating me, yelling at me, insulting me, and mocking my disability. Veyo, after viewing evidence that showed all of this along with accompanying audio, of course said that he was a great driver. I could have taken this up the chain and contacted government agencies, but things sometimes sort themselves out in time. It's happening to Veyo, and I couldn't be more pleased. Karma bites! ETA: In response to the comment asking whether I filed a formal complaint and encouraging me to do so, yes, as I said I did, and I did use that link. i was congtacted by a Charles Roberts the hr recruitment team leader (supposedly) that i have been chosen for a driver position delivering meds with company van tablet hand sanitizer and a certain pay rate.. emails went back and forth they wanted a lot critical docs like past w-2's ,birth certificate, w-2's from last couple of years cause they had to do a comprehensive and thorough background check. So i finally sent all they requested (which was a lot of sensitive docs) and the last on july 11. now i havent heard back from them i cant get a working number and i need to know if this is legit or now is my life gonna fukd cause i got scsmmed for basically ALL my personal info just short of my sex life. so i am putting this so VEYO can investigate this. read more

the worst service ever!!!!! so sick of trying to book a medical trip for my disabled brother with a system that is so f'd up its ridiculous. so frustrating i hate even using them. i call to schedule the app doesn't work, the automation system always misinterprets the information incorrectly. then after you put in all the info you still end up talking to some incompetent person. i scheduled a ride it came across my text as scheduled, next thing i know it says cancelled. so i scheduled it again, same thing. then some rep gets on the line, she sounded like she just woke up, could barely speak when i asked her questions, long pauses. i said are you awake what is going on. then is finally says were closed today dec. 31 for a holiday. i said then why did you anwer the phone! i hung up. all of a sudden i get a call from the driver saying hes a my brothers apt to pick him up! wtf! he has been left with no ride, there are been many no shows and the systems shows no ride scheduled. get zero zero zero zero zero zero zero stars!!!!!!!!!!! read more

For the most part the drivers are pretty good but it only takes one thief (Francis-who attempted to steal my iPhone 13 pro max). I had to repeatedly go after her to return my phone. I even went as far as going to the main office in Arizona. For some reason now they can not find my address. I did get my iPhone returned finally. read more

They are the WORST case scenario! I do NOT recommend if you need legit, reliable transportation to and from your appointments!! They used to be so much better when I used them before until last year and then the first couple times this year! Now they're just completely rude, not helpful and they keep lying saying they sent me notifications about my rides, that I was a no show when I kept going outside, standing there waiting and hurting my chronic back pain and they're the ones that didn't show up! I'd recommend to try to look into other more reliable transportation options. WORST ride share company. My mother requires life sustaining treatment 3 days a week. Every time we call Veyo to set up her rides (weeks ahead of the appointments) they lie and say they are on the way or NO show and sometimes they are waiting at the drop off spot. Or, they cancel the ride without contacting. Horrible! This company should be held accountable for risking the lives of their patients who need to make it to their treatments. I've been using Veyo for years now. It's tge most wonderful thing I could imagine for a guy in my situation. No DL, multiple Dr appts, I've never wanted over 30 mins for will call. Waiting about 3 hours after my appointment. Called every hour to check status on my ride and they couldn't give me an answer. Had problems that morning for my pick up as well. At the end of the day I was picked up by a lyft only after I called every 20 min for the last hour I waited. Dispatch NEVER called me and that's what I was waiting for for 3 hours. My appointment was at 2:30pm I was picked up late and didn't get my lyft home till 6:30pm. If I wasn't insistent would they have just left me stranded there? Who knows. I used veyo for a medical appt @ UCI Orange. Arrived all good, driver was very nice & helpful. BUT when appt was over and done I called for a return trip home my phone call kept getting dropped. 3rd call in the rudest, most unprofessional dispatcher told me that since I left the doctors office I wasnt able to get return ride home. I have NEVER been told or heard this before. Now this is almost 10pm. Im super sick & exhausted. Twice I was put on hold for 6min plus. Again to be told theres NO WAY I would be getting a return trip. After getting sick to my stomach the last OC Metro bus came by and was given a courtesy ride back to my general direction. Yep I walked about 1.5 miles to my place. I only had $20 bill, no change and no open store around, phone dead because of all the calls to veyo. It was the worst night of my life!!!! OH by the way NAOMI was the dispatchers name. she/he is a horrible human being! GOD dont like ugly inside or out....if VEYO doesnt reprimand NAOMI she will be dealt with on the outside...i feel sorry for you NAOMI dispatcher for VEYO... read more

The idea of medical transportation seemed positive and helpful for some of our patients but these drivers think they can block driveways to the business double park and be late or no show is very disappointing it's 50/50 if they arrive and on time. driver sexually harassed me the entire trip and continued asking disturbing and sexual questions. on top of that, which was horrific to endure, 7/10 times the driver will not show up at all. I don't know what's been going with the rest of the reviews on this business, but personally for me, VEYO HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST BLESSING IN MY LIFE. like wow, the fact that something like this exists, is truly so incredible for people like me that doesn't own a car, and literally cannot afford Uber/Lyft. Before finding out about Veyo, it would be so frustrating trying to find a ride to all my medical needs. Because obviously that has to get done, but paying over $20+ for an Uber or asking my mom to help, would just make me sad because I'm not paying for a ride to the mall, or some store. They're all medical reasons. Once I found Veyo, I'm able to make every single appointment, pick up my prescriptions, and and everything in between medical related. This company has been a literal god sent in my life and I'm beyond grateful for them, every single driver and customer representative has gone over and above for me. One time I had a really urgent last minute appointment and I missed my ride because I was expecting a phone call, not the text alerts, so my phone had been charging and I missed the ride. I called Veyo freaking out feeling so stupid and mad at myself,-and they literally got an UBER for me! Assuming there weren't any drivers available at that exact moment. But they took the time to listen to me, understood the seriousness in my tone, and went so much higher than I ever expected them to do. This company deserves 5 stars across the board. read more

This company is the worst non emergency transportation company ever. From the people working the phones to the escalations team! They are all crap. I set my rides for doctors appointments up weeks in advance and also tell them my appointments are earlier than what they actually are so I'm not late and I'm still late and never getting my rides on time. For instance yesterday my appointment was at 2 pm and I told them it was at 1:25 pm, my ride was suppose to pick me up at 12:55 I had to call to see where my ride was. I was told my ride would be at my house in 8 minutes. 10 minutes later the next customer service person said they were still looking for a driver. I told them I couldn't miss my appointment because it was for a PET scan. They needed to find me a ride asap. Still nothing I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes. The escalations team member was rude and telling me to call around to find a better service provider. She kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I didn't get picked up till 1:50 pm and was late to my appointment. This is an ongoing issue with this company I've been dealing with it for months. I've called my insurance and put in complaints several times. Another instance I had to wait 3 and a half hours to get picked up from my physical therapy and was on hold 3 separate times for over 30 minutes. This company is by far the worst company I've ever seen in my life. The CEO doesn't give a crap I can almost guarantee it with how his employees always seem to say there is nothing I can do about it. I hope this place gets shut down eventually and a new and better service comes along. read more

Worst rideshare company to work for. After car expenses (Gas, miles, car maintenance, toll fees) you will make between $4 to $6 dollars per hour depending on the day. This calculation includes their bonuses and so call productivity incentives. They are a complete scam. Plus you will literally ruin your car, on wear and tear, and you also need to pay taxes. As a driver you'd think Veyo would pay you better (than Uber or Lyft) because Veyo has contracts with big insurance companies such as CalOptima, MediCal, Medicaid and MediCare, but the truth is that they don't. I don't even know why these publicly funded insurance companies have a contract with a company as dishonest and crooked as Veyo. Both patients and drivers deserve better. The whole thing is a scam. Furthermore, you won't get paid a cent for no shows. Literally three hours of your day will go to waste on no shows, plus gas and miles. In particular, the tall thin asian-looking guy at their 555 Parkcenter Dr. location in Santa Ana is hostile to employees and will treat you like garbage just because he feels like it. You talk about a real low-class-jerk at their front lines serving as their first point of contact. A real bully!. A clear example of office managers fostering Veyo's work environment of fear, retaliation, bullying, and overbearance. Creating an unsafe place to work. It is people like that jerk that give Veyo a bad name. Do yourself a favor and work somewhere else. Don't do it! It's not worth it. read more
