Looks like poor service is an ongoing problem. Too many…read moreissues to mention but resulted in our dog being put to sleep. This was distressing enough but the incompetence of staff resulted in her being cremated without following our wishes of wanting to see her for one last time. Waited ages for a response from the practice manager and got a generic reply that didn't answer all of our questions and did not match previous information we'd been given. Only went there as it was an out of hours emergency. Avoid at all costs.

What does show is that the vets and receptionists care about animals and they always show attention to each animal brought in. They are also very helpful on the phone when I have had to ring up to ask for their advice. Like most vets they are quite expensive, and are often running late. However I know of at least 2 people who have changed vets to here as the quality of service and care is so high at Earls Hall Vets.

If I pay for 15 mins slot even for vaccinations I expect to see the Vet for more than 3 mins not the nurse for the other remaining time! I have had to use these vets for my Dog for vaccinations, dental surgery and stitches for her pad. First class service every time, both from the Vets themselves and the nurses when I have seen them. They also have clear charging policy which helps build up trust. One bill even came in much lower than I was quoted. Borden Lane came highly recommended to me by number of dog owners I trust and I am happy to do the same.

It is guest that we are so busy if this is a busy salon, they should have more staff. should get more qualified in experience staff it looked like it was a place of field with teenagers. The French gentlemen was so rude when I asked him a question about my dogs haircut I would never recommend this to anyone else and if I was you I would never put your dog here I saw one dog in a cage up at the back of the salon and there was also pens and on their website they said they do not use cages or pens at all but it looks like they are lying to people and they do do not use here thank you for taking the time to read my comments

She updated us all the time, never fussed about my dogs issues and just simply let us enjoy our holiday whilst giving Poppy the best one she could. She gave her walks everyday, fed her and cared for her and we will never ever use a different pet sitter or kennels again THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED.
This is a great place to get a rescued greyhound. They also…read moredo boarding for greyhounds only. Most of the greyhounds are ex-racers who are injured in a race (usually healed well, but just cant race anymore) or too old. Most are usually between 3 and 6 years old. They do sometimes get younger ones if they are injured or it is discovered they are not good enough to race. Before these sort of places popped up, alot of these dogs were put down. There is nothing wrong with them, they just are useful to the owners anymore. A greyhound is a lovely pet. Despite what you may think, they don't need alot of walking. (Approx. two 20mins walks - obviously they will do more, but do get tired!). Our dog spends most of the day asleep. Clarks Farm match a dog to your family as best as they can, they do have cat friendly dogs sometimes too. The people there are lovely. Alot of people donate their time there, to walk dogs etc. and there is generally a lovely atmosphere.
