Looks like poor service is an ongoing problem. Too many…read moreissues to mention but resulted in our dog being put to sleep. This was distressing enough but the incompetence of staff resulted in her being cremated without following our wishes of wanting to see her for one last time. Waited ages for a response from the practice manager and got a generic reply that didn't answer all of our questions and did not match previous information we'd been given. Only went there as it was an out of hours emergency. Avoid at all costs.

What does show is that the vets and receptionists care about animals and they always show attention to each animal brought in. They are also very helpful on the phone when I have had to ring up to ask for their advice. Like most vets they are quite expensive, and are often running late. However I know of at least 2 people who have changed vets to here as the quality of service and care is so high at Earls Hall Vets.
