There was a gal vacuuming at the time we came by. The vacuum was heating up and smoking a bit, so she was concerned. There were also some students or volunteers or young new employees -- I couldn't tell which -- being given a tour of the store as we were there. Both were a bit distracting. They have some inventory that will appeal depending on what you're looking for... they don't have much furniture wise. There's a bit of a bunch of different things --linens, housewares, silverware, electronics, books, clothing etc., etc. Most things are organized together by category. Price wise, it's a mix of decent prices and high prices. They have some of the more expensive items near the counter. We didn't love something enough to buy anything here. But we are still glad we came to check them out.

They also had furniture, appliances, bikes, guitars, household goods, collectibles, books, movie, CD's, clothing, accessories, and more. With the influence of DIY shows showcasing recycling and re-purposing, thrifting is more popular than ever. Thrift stores help people save money and keep items out of the landfill. Shed Thrift has some unique items like a jukebox that you didn't typically see in the local area thrift stores. With their mission to help vulnerable pets, this store is an assist to Coral Springs.

Each department was easy to find. The clothing was separated by gender, style. and season. Some items were completely worn, but other items were brand new! Furniture was also nice and could be cleaned or repurposed for a grander look. Anything that you would need to furnish a home could be found at this store. The prices were reasonable on majority of the items. My favorite section was the shoes. I think this goodwill store is on the A-list of thrift stores in this area.

I enjoyed peeking through their large room and smaller back rooms of furniture, small appliances, household items, books, clothes, art, and accessories. They sell vintage and antique items with some modern things thrown in. My favorite area was the adorable kitchen room. You could practically see a grandma standing there baking a pie. If had enough space, I would have scooped up those sweet ceramic vegetable trinket boxes. Everything was actively arranged and clearly priced. Take your time and look closely. There are a lot of cool things to see and prices can be negotiated. The Flip Side has another store in Ft. Lauderdale on Cypress Creek Road in Ft. Lauderdale. Staff is friendly, dressing rooms are nice, selection is good. The only suggestion I have is to PLEASE get a new soundtrack or update whatever you're using for a music feed. Every time I go in, the song "Anxiety" is playing so loud and I always hear it more than once per visit. I don't know how the employees haven't gone insane already. I mentioned to my friend how the music in there makes me feel anxious and she immediately said, "Omg the anxiety song!" Everybody is sick of that song. Please get some new music!

I love the great selection of clothes, shoes and accessories this store has curated. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going to Maria, the (Lead Cashier) at the Lauderdale store. Maria is very efficient, patient, friendly, kind & always making my thrifting experience pleasant & fun. Working in customer service is never an easy task but the fact the Maria can provide phenomenal customer service, and the ability to manage difficult and rude customers while always remaining calm, profession and smiling is her virtue. I LOVE this location and only come to this location because of Maria plus thrill of thrifting is to find unusual and unique pieces that you wouldn't find anywhere else. After waiting about 20 minutes in the 7-items-or-less checkout line, cashier Noemi refused the sale claiming there was "no price" despite the visible handwritten $5 marking. What was more frustrating was that she took the item from me, brought it to the back to the manager, then returned without the item and both refused the sale. The item was already damaged and labeled AS IS, so the refusal made little sense. Very poor communication and customer service experience, especially after the long wait. Disappointing experience over a $5 item that was clearly marked. Not coming back again.
