They sell vintage and antique items with some modern things thrown in. My favorite area was the adorable kitchen room. You could practically see a grandma standing there baking a pie. If had enough space, I would have scooped up those sweet ceramic vegetable trinket boxes. Everything was actively arranged and clearly priced. Take your time and look closely. There are a lot of cool things to see and prices can be negotiated. The Flip Side has another store in Ft. Lauderdale on Cypress Creek Road in Ft. Lauderdale. Working in customer service is never an easy task but the fact the Maria can provide phenomenal customer service, and the ability to manage difficult and rude customers while always remaining calm, profession and smiling is her virtue. What was more frustrating was that she took the item from me, brought it to the back to the manager, then returned without the item and both refused the sale. The item was already damaged and labeled AS IS, so the refusal made little sense. Very poor communication and customer service experience, especially after the long wait. Disappointing experience over a $5 item that was clearly marked. Not coming back again.

I recently went in with several of my designer purses and dresses. After a very thorough look over, my items were accepted for sale. Within days my items sold, and I was able to pick up a check! Alyssa and Amanda (two of the sales associates I met that work there) were so friendly and helpful. You won't believe the great prices on the designer purses, shoes and dresses they carry. I quickly spotted some vintage Crestone Buttertree stoneware plates from Japan that have become very popular on Ebay and with collectors. They also had a few pieces of furniture, books, collectibles, household goods, toys, and a lot of clothing towards the back of the store. Prices on the few items I checked seemed very reasonable. There is a Family Thrift, Women in Distress, and Goodwill nearby so with this store you can have a nice little thrift outing.
