Pet IQ was fully aware there was NOT a Vet onsite to provide services. This should be a class action suit for all that paid a membership! $908 is the amount Pet IQ has stolen from me. On their website they list a 5-in-1 vaccine for dogs, at package prices of $110 and $119. Nowhere in the descriptions for these service packages does it say 'does not include rabies'. I went there thinking I would pay $110, with no earthly clue that 5-in-1 would not include rabies. Google search shows the top 5 vaccinations for dogs, and lists rabies as #1. I doubt I'm the only one who looked at '5-in-1' and simply assumed it included rabies. Additionally, nowhere in the descriptions does it ever state what the '5' means. They do not list the supposedly 5 vaccines customers get with those packages. When I was checking in (they started 20 minutes later than the advertised time), I was told (lo!) neither the $110 or $119 packages included rabies. I would have to buy the rabies separate, or go with the $139 package. Huge ripoff, and in my opinion they know exactly what they're doing. The local 'supervisor' is the one who told me I'd have to pay more, and she absolutely came across as knowing what was happening. I showed them their website descriptions for the packages, and she doubled-down on defending the advertising. Caveat emptor everyone. https://www.vippetcare.com/services-pricing/service-packages/

I bought a personal training package from Instinct and the trainer came to my home to train my dog and me. It was such a good decision. Both May and I really liked working with the trainer Lauren S. Her approach and tone were awesome. I knew from the first appointment with her that it was going to be great. I'd been trying to figure out how to get May to sit for weeks. Lauren got her sitting in a session. All in all I think we had 9 sessions with Lauren. In that time we learned a lot and have been applying it. My relationship with my dog is so much better because of Instinct. The thing I will caution people against is having unrealistic expectations of your dog and the trainer. If you go in with the desire to make your dog a unquestioningly obedient robot then you will be disappointed. Just focus on the over all quality and happiness of your dog's life

We were even sent an hour long questionnaire about our dog's history/health/behavior/etc. prior to training. Y'all...they care so much! We have a 1 year old rescue pup who's dog reactive, and we've been pretty much unable to take him on walks or near other dogs at all. Jenna helped us overcome all of this and we could not be more grateful. She coached us on how to slowly warm him up to lots of different scenarios- we even had a playdate with another dog today with no issues! His reactivity will be something we'll continue to work on for months, but I can't tell you how relieved we are to have gained some confidence with it. Jenna really helped put things into perspective and helped us understand how to read our dog and take things at his pace. You really can't rush progress like this, and I love that Instinct doesn't promise "quick, fast, easy results" because those are not effective or even possible. We would absolutely do this again if given the chance, booking with Instinct was a game changer.
