I was always happy with them…read moreuntil recently when I brought my other Pomeranian there, she was sick with respiratory infections twice and they did a wonderful job getting her well, this last time however she had an abcess and also needed her teeth cleaned, did all the lab work was told at 14 she had some kidney failure going on grade 2, but she was okay to do cleaning with a different anesthesia, did the cleaning and abscess removal, she did great was fine for about a week, then she stopped eating, brought her in and again labs done and I'm told she was going into kidney failure, long story short I wouldn't have put her through that and spent 2000.00, she passed away on August 21, 2026. No call to say I'm sorry nothing, I'm just left grieve and feel guilty I put her through that.

Do what you all will with this information, but please avoid this clinic, for your and your baby's sake. It's not safe, nor compassionate. I have been dealing with this issue for several years now without any straight answers. Dr Faciane saw me within an hour of my call for help and was the first vet I've seen who actually knew about my dog's condition.
