Laura stuck with it and now they are the best of friends! We unfortunately had a water leak; she called us right away and helped any way she could since we were out of town. She sends us texts throughout the time she is sitting to let us know how things are going and how the babies are doing. Her prices are very reasonable and competitive with other sitters in our area. We've used Hooves and Paws for walking & feeding over weekend getaways, up to a 3 week trip, and they've always been reliable, communicative and trustworthy! Did I mention how reasonably priced they are compared to a kennel, and your animal is happy & safe at home? Our last trip was during a hard freeze, and they even turned on our water faucets to drip which is totally out of the scope of their responsibilities, but much appreciated. She spends so much time with the animals and even sits outside with them while they are having outdoor playtime.
