I have been taking my two cats to this veterinary office for several years. Dr. Blair who is a( outstanding ) veterinary Dr, Is generally the associate who takes care of my animals... My one cat got a place next to her eye, " not a injury" !!! This has happen one other time about 9 years ago and i took her to a different veterinarian "one i lived close to at the time" who prescribed her a steroid pill "that took care of it" I told them at the Bluefield office the veterinarian prior had prescribed the steroid pill. Dr.Kruchfield "un sure of the spelling of her name... Prescribed her a E-coller. I understand the purpose of the E-coller and the application is probably much better for a dog. My cat is a indoor/outdoor cat.. She has not eaten, she can not drink water.. "I removed it!!!" even tho the E-Coller is a extra small i still think its too large for her. I called them back this morning, I ask for a antibiotic or something to help it heal faster.... needless to say, i did not get the antibiotic. The veterinarian diagnosed it as a "hot spot" which is very uncommon for a cat!!!!. I feel my $54.00 office visit was a waste of money!!!. If you go to this veterinary office , be sure and ask that Dr.Blair take care of your baby. Also be prepared to stand and wait for the receptionist to answer and attend every single phone call before waiting on you.... I generally have to wait to pay them money for a product, or a service. The.... ONLY..... reason i gave this office 3 stars instead of 1 star is because of Dr.Blair is a outstanding Dr. read more
