What was installed in my horse pasture was NOT what i thought I was buying for $2,800 . When I…read moreasked Tanya Nielsen what " field fence" looked like, I was told ( and I have in writing) " it will look just like your neighbor's fence, without the barb wire. That is not what I got. The holes are too large and a horse could get hooves caught. Today, I looked at the fence and all of the posts are tilting IN. This could not have been caused by a horse, or the posts would be tilting the other way.

I booked this company through Moving Help for my move on July 22, 2026. During the booking process,…read moreI provided detailed information about everything that needed to be moved, including which floor the items would be moved from and to. I also clearly stated that one of the items was an 18 cu. ft. refrigerator. After I purchased the service, I received an email saying they would contact me the day before the move to coordinate the exact time. On July 21, around noon, they called and asked again about the items being moved and the pickup/drop-off floors. I repeated exactly the same information that I had already provided when making the reservation. A little while later, they sent me a text message saying they could not take the risk of moving the refrigerator and therefore would not be able to help with my move. Despite my attempts to contact them and find a solution, they never spoke with me directly or tried to work things out. Canceling less than 24 hours before the scheduled move, after having all of the necessary information from the beginning, was extremely unprofessional. They left me scrambling at the last minute to find another moving company. I cannot recommend a company that accepts a booking and then backs out the day before the move because of information they already had when they accepted the job.

Up until recently never had a bad experience and always left thinking about what would be next on the list! However, just had my first bad experience after 20+ years very recently. Involved a written quote obtained while in their office regarding the specifics of the job, and after the service was completed - I was yelled at and cursed on a phone call afterwards - a proposed 50% a increase in price was demanded for the job completed. Legal action was threatened if I did not comply. Ironically - less items on the list were completed and manpower present had decreased from 3 to 2 workers. Reason - that their written quote had been wrong - only discovered after the job was finished and the crew had left. Long story short, won't go back ever. Payment based on original written quote - sent.
