Office was clean, staff kind, competent and professional, and the vet saw us in better time than my usual vet back home. A $420.00 charge was given to us by this manager and was told to my wife it was for cremation and that the facility that was handling this was going to call with further info. And maybe more fees. Well come to find out that $420.00 was not for the cremation it was for paper work that the Wareham Animal hospital needed to do for release of my dog to the next facility. That definitely was not explained to us at the time and if it was I would not of agreed to that insane charge. She told us originally that there would be a $210.00 cold storage fee for my dog to hold her until the company that was handling the cremation picked her up. So we agreed on that so we brought her to the hospital when we arrived at the Wareham Animal hospital they told us that one of us needed to go to the office before going to the back of the facility to drop my dog off. That is when that so called manager told my wife that they would wave the $210.00 cold storage fee and that it would be $420.00 after waiving said fee, proceeded to tell my wife that the $420.00 fee was for the cost of cremation and that the facility would contact us with more info. And maybe an additional charge. Now she is saying that we mis understood her and that was a fee for paper work to release my dog Zena to the facility that was taking care of the cremation. So now I'm out the $420.00 and have to pay the Final Gift facility another $320.00 for cremation. All in all the Wareham animal hospital would now be my very last choice on earth to bring any of my pets there. They are just all about money not the care and well being of the animals. I am proof of that with my dog Zena. To be honest I also think they had my poor dog way to long on antibiotics, pain medication and prednisone all at the same time fore way to long. And that's what I believe led to her passing. But thats a story for another day.

Jackie cancelled our Saturday appointment the day before we were scheduled due to a funeral. When we arrived on Monday the only person at the shop was the cleaner that told us Jackie was no where to be found and did not even answer the cleaners calls or texts. The cleaner also told us we were not the only ones that showed up only to be told the same by the cleaner. We should have known something was wrong when we first booked our appointment and all Jackie did was complain about how she was getting too old to do this anymore. She also complained about a lot of her customers and that she only accepts about 4 or 5 animals a day due to the stress. Her shop is very small and cramped with very little room to move or for her to even work. Thinking it's time this groomer find a different line of work. We DO NOT recommend her in any way!

We reserved a "special" extra large premium area so they could be together along with their own bedding and toys. We got home a day early and stopped in to pick them up. They told us to wait out front while they got them but I followed them in anxious to see my "babies" They were in small individual cages well apart from each other, wet, and no bedding or toys. To top it all off, these people had the audacity to try and charge us full price saying that they had only been moved temporarily while their original place was being cleaned. Problem was, I passed by their enclosure I had rented and reserved and there were other dogs in there. Next trip we brought our dogs to Cape Veterinary in Yarmouth. Beautiful place, clean and they took wonderful care of our pets.
