However, the bedside manner of the veterinarian was not great. I was shocked at the cost of the appointment, and was just asking simple questions about what the charges were for, since I didn't receive a breakdown. Instead of answers, I received passive aggressive/ defensive/ accusatory words. I wasn't comfortable with the hostile manner of the doctor, so I won't be returning.

But they did not, they wanted to go another route & run up the bill as they are a only a bourgeois vet clinic. The vet for my horses charges far less than these ppl charge for dogs. Their techs think they are Hopkins-educated & New Bolton Trained Professors who, when challenged on the phone as to whether the car was within the Standard of Care, they yell & hang up.

I called Broad Run and they were able to come out quickly. I also really appreciated the way the doctor worked through different possibilities, eliminating different alternatives. It ended up a best case scenario-just an odd coincidence that he had a abscess in that very same leg! He's now healing up, but I know I will use Broad Run in the future.

She also spoke with me about the dr's and manager at Loudoun Veterinarian Services and their hours and days working. Molly is a quite nervous pup usually and explained that. I was told they are experienced in dealing with behavioral annimals and everyone at the hospital is trained to insure she's comfortable and at ease. I am so glad to have found Loudoun Veterinarian Service in Purceville! Just speaking with the receptionist, I would recommend them to everyone I know. They will be my new veterinarian!
