She never seems rushed and always gives good care. If I need to be seen on short notice, and can't see Dr. Smagina, the nurse practitioner is excellent, she's very warm and knowledgable and is able to help me with whatever I need. The office staff is always friendly and capable. All around a great office, and they also have labs on site, no need to drive to a second location to have blood drawn.

It's my first time driving to their office so I was 10 min late (yes, I called on my way as soon as I realized the timing was getting longer than estimated by GPS). I also checked in online the week before to expedite this process. They tell me it would be a bit of a wait because I'm late and they're taking other clients. After sitting 10 min decided to take a walk to the bathroom across the hall. I let the receptionist know so they wouldn't wonder where I was. Instead of letting me know they're ready, they skipped me (again) and continued to take patients who got there after me. No basic courtesy or warning they'd skip me if I'm in the bathroom... instead of trying to make a good impression on a new patient they say "Well we're not going to follow you into the bathroom! And you were late!" I'm only here because I required a new PCP who takes my ins. after my last one stopped covering me. I can't get the yearly, required EKG I needed without a PCP (I tried urgent care) and it already took them 2 weeks to schedule me for this new patient appointment. It should've been a simple in and out procedure, and I didn't need the attitude from staff. This is not a good first experience with them and I will be switching to a more convenient and helpful PCP when this is done.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with flexible hours (very convenient for those who are working). Dr Krupa prescribed a treatment plan along with massage therapy. I felt relief right after the first session. I continued with the treatment plan for a few months and now can proudly say that my back is "fixed". I am pain free. I continue with the massage therapy right next door. With the right plan and care I am now fully active and pain free. Highly recommend this place.

One time I waited in the room for over 45 min. listening to him through the wall chit chatting with a friend. My appt. was at 2 and he finally graced me with his presence at 3:30. As my primary care I told him on several occasions that I was not sleeping well. He concurred with the previous doctor that a relaxation pill would do best. Lorazepam? It did nothing for me and I just stopped taking it. I told him I thought that I had Sleep Apnea on several occasions. My husband had said that he thought I stopped breathing in the night and sometimes gasped for air. I even woke up mid night with what I thought were anxiety attacks. I had always thought that apnea was the problem and asked Dr. Cooper to request a sleep study. Dr. Cooper's response was, and I quote "Sleep studies are very expensive and very difficult to get. There is a lot of paperwork involved and I am just not willing to do all that, as most of the time it gets rejected. I don't want to waste my time. I can tell by looking at you that you don't have apnea." Well five years later and another doctor, I described all my symptoms and the doctor said "Have you ever thought you might have Sleep Apnea!" I couldn't believe it! I told her the story and she laughed and said "I'll be happy to do the paperwork. I want you to feel better!" Lo and behold I have been suffering for 12 years of Sleep Apnea! 12 years of feeling exhausted all the time, gaining weight, anxiety and depression because nothing would make me feel better! I am a new person with my c-pap! Do I sound angry? That is because I AM! Thanks Dr. Cooper. Great job caring for your patient! Sorry that I was such an inconvenience? I hope you sleep well at night {insert sarcasm here}. I have my life back! No thanks to you!
