My choice always goes to Czech (mainly South Moravian) wines, directly served from the tap. Don't hesitate to ask the owner's advice : she will let you try her selection of the day before picking up your own wine. Best (secret) advice : you can buy the wine in bulk to sip it at home. The owner has got a hidden reserve of plastic bottles and will fill one or two for you before you go. Put it in the fridge and drink it in the coming days (or in one night, it's up to you), it's the best quality/quantity choice ever. For the record, I'm always travelling back to Belgium with 3 or 4 of her wine selection and has never been disappointed :) Cherry on the cake ? Visnak is available!
