Initially, I went through a couple hiring agencies and landed two jobs that I would have taken as an absolute, last resort, but thankfully Patrick from West Coast Careers called me after I sent in my resume. He was so incredibly helpful and professional. To get straight to the point, getting in contact with West Coast was the best thing that could have happened to me in my job hunt. Following my initial contact with Patrick, I went in there for a brief interview and he immediately set me up with 3 interviews for the following week. All of the jobs were salaried and with exceptional companies, and he really took into account my skill set to determine which companies I would fit best with. Every day Patrick checked in with me, gave me tips on how to interview, as well as giving me the idea of putting together a binder which, in addition to my resume, included all of my past achievements and awards in my professional career. I felt like he really aided me in setting myself apart from potential competition. Ultimately, he gave me added confidence in knowing I was thoroughly prepared and completely capable of landing a good job. Sure enough, I landed one of the positions and was seriously contemplating accepting it. While Patrick was extremely happy for me, he stressed evaluating whether this was truly the job I wanted or not. He was really looking out for me and wanted to place me with the most fitting company. A recruiter reached out to me to come into the office for a meeting and sadly it was very short. I was still happy to be offered an opportunity for an interview for a permanent position. It was a long process and not too many follow ups. In one case I had to follow up myself. However, after a long hiring process and some confusion in regards to referral (Please refer anyone to Adecco for employment), Ben was able to pull through for me. This process couldve been better, but Adecco recognized this and have since done everything they can to make the experience more seamless then ever. After asking around, all other contract employees with a JD were making $12 an hour more than I was. Kibby thinks this is fine since I was ultimately offered the job, but it's a job that wasn't close to what I was looking for, it's essentially call center work (which Kibby promised it would NOT be.), and after 6 months, because Kibby short changed me, I had made $12,480 less than all my peers with JDs. It's been over a year since I used ESP, my experience still bothers me when ESP comes up in conversation. People with less experience and less degrees coming from different recruiters all made more than me. I can't recommend avoiding Kibby and ESP strongly enough. UPDATE: After skimming the other reviews, people who are full white seem to have done better than me with Kibby and ESP.
