They also custom built 2 doors for our crawlspaces that match our fence perfectly. We also had them install a new back door that we had a hard time installing ourselves. It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking. They did all the demo themselves! And they didn't leave a single piece of trash behind! We could NOT be more pleased with this fence install. Franko has a great team that works for him. I asked for them to fix it and they came by and put dirt over the cement. Less than two months later the fence post caps have started to come off -- four so far have fallen off (pics attached). I emailed Johnathan about the cap issues and asked about the ten-year warranty that came with the fence. Instead of receiving an apology or coming out to properly affix the caps, he told me the caps don't typically come off and I would have to pay $100 for them to come out and fix it. Save your money and go elsewhere. While they claim they provide a ten year warranty for materials and workmanship, in practice it means nothing.

We needed fencing for both our front and back yard to allow our dogs to roam without running into our neighbor's yard or into the street. The planning process was started before we had even moved into the state of Georgia, and we continued to work with the same rep (over a period of several months) from the start of the project to the very end . We had no issues working by email and phone to plan out the fence lines as well as the design and materials. Despite a very long and unexpected wait (our own oversight) for proper permitting, Chamblee worked with us to ensure the design met local ordinance requirements. When the project was completed, we noticed that the clearances for the gates were all perfect, the gates were properly braced and very sturdy, and everything was perfectly level. A big thank you to everyone at Chamblee, especially Robert Womac who was absolutely amazing to work with!

I wouldn't let them build a dog house for me. The fence doors started warping within two months and is per pics in four! The wood looked cheap and was not smooth. I had a fence installed by another installer 4 years ago with hardly any warpage! You get what you pay for. He said we were getting a deal because we got him via another company. Really? I now have to pay for another fence opening. He also said my previous fence builder did the doors wrong. Really funny as we kept the doors and they are still not warped! Too bad they aren't wide enough! If u call him, you get BS. We tried leaving text messages and he said he would check it out in a few weeks...never showed, never called. And that was May of 2020! He has no business acumen...was constantly late or didn't show up. Always had an excuse. He was supposed to be at my home one day and just didn't show up. Finally I texted him - he said it was raining. I told him it wasn't raining where I live! He did not answer back. I am telling anyone who reads this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!! He will pretend to be attentive and convincing to giving you what you need and he will not. Trust and believe, this business is NOT worth your time and sanity. He had a 5 star rating and that must have been paid for by false statements. Trust and believe that what I am saying and others about him being a no show is true and factual. My husband has reached out to him several times and when he has responded, he noted the dates he would be there. First was 2/15, then 2/19, and then 2/23. He has been a no show and no communicate to explain why in advance. You will need to reach out to him and hope you get a response. Franklin, you are shameless and need to do better. To be a small black owned business, you make it hard for others to trust other black owned businesses since we put so much pressure on that owner and what we expect. I personally never had a bad experience with the black owned businesses that I have chosen. You were my husband's choice and this is his second time choosing a bad black owned business, so he is now no longer given that job.
