He has maintained the two old units in my home for years, fixing complex issues that other companies told me were unrepairable just to force a sale. His expertise literally saved my family's life. He caught a carbon monoxide leak in our attic unit during a routine summer AC repair. Thank goodness for his attention to detail, because if we had turned that heater on in the winter, my family wouldn't have woken up. We are incredibly grateful for him and will be lifelong customers!

One of the homes was built in 1900 and needed an extensive amount of ductwork and upgrades to the system. RLP Mechanical was great to work with. We looking forward to engaging RLP Mechanical HVAC on future projects.

4 years ago Tim and his crew put a new roof on our house. He made many recommendations and they…read morewere all spot on. He and his crew were meticulous down to the smallest detail. They fixed a leak in the garage that had been there for a long time, and no other roofer was able to fix. The roof and gutters look great! His crew was professional and very polite. He went above and beyond on this repair, which made us very happy! Early last month my wife accidentally backed into the side of the garage and took out 2-3' of drywall and siding, on the front and side, and demolished the garage door beyond repair. Luckily she wasn't hurt. First person I called was Tim. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I tried to get a few more bids, but only 2 companies responded and said they couldn't start for 6-10 weeks. About a week later I got an estimated repair cost from my insurance company, and it was less than $100 off of Tim's estimate! You need lots of experience to make such an accurate estimate! Tim said since it would only take 3 days he could squeeze me in, and started 17 days after the accident. He worked with Jordan, also a very nice man and a very hard-worker. They finished ahead of schedule, and everything was done to perfection. And that included ripping out some 24" wide heavy heavy duty homemade shelving, which was there when we moved in. We had a garage door and railings installed the next day without a hitch, as Tim had lined everything up exactly as needed. Gutters were installed 2 days later. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

During the whole process, from estimate to completion, Tim and his team were professional and very accommodating to our situation. I had recently had artificial grass put in the backyard, and they were very careful to make sure that all of it was covered during their work and cleaned the workspace thoroughly to ensure my children would be safe running around barefoot after the job was done. What started out as a patio cover install turned into a massive dry rot repair job as well, after the teardown of the existing cover. After the discovery of the dry rot Tim came over and did a reassessment of the situation. He was very upfront with me regarding the additional repair work that needed to be done, while also doing his best to keep my costs down to not nickel and dime me. The work added another day and a half to the project and they did not skimp at all on the quality that was expected. The repairs, sliding door, and the patio cover turned out beautiful and couldn't have asked for more. If you have any household jobs that need to be done, make them one of your calls. They are a respectable company and they will not do you wrong.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely…read moredisappointing from start to finish. The biggest concern, was the conduct of the crew. The first day of the project there was fighting, yelling, and the use of obscenities on my property. I received multiple calls from neighbors because they were causing such a scene. I later learned that one crew member was visibly intoxicated while speaking with one of my neighbors. After leaving, he backed the work truck into someone at a liquor store, attempted to leave the scene without providing any information, and then drove again and ended up crashing into a ditch. We have many young children in our neighborhood, and knowing that an intoxicated worker was driving in our area is incredibly disturbing and unacceptable. I reached out to the company and was told they apologized to my one neighbor that called them and the employee was being dealt with and it wasn't a big deal. Turns out this employee was a family member they were protecting. I also requested some kind of financial compensation and wasn't offered anything! Then I received the final bill for the project and they had not finished the gutters or roof vents. I went on vacation with my family for a week and received 9 phones calls demanding payment that was not due for another few weeks. After I paid the bill I was told they would come out and finish the job, then was sent another bill after completion with extra added charges. This project has been an absolute nightmare and clearly this company only cares about making money. What should have been a straightforward roofing and gutter installation has instead become a headache of poor craftsmanship, and serious concerns about professionalism and safety. Attached is the facebook group posts of the drunk workers escapades throughout that day after they left my house. Do not give this company your business!
