I got the Choucroute 4 viandes (kassler, smoked breast, duck breast, and Strasbourg sausage). It was my first time having Choucroute and a real Alsatian meal (which is mostly German-inspired), so I can't really compare, but I thought it was wonderful. The meat cuts were fresh and juicy, and grilled perfectly; I felt like I was eating at 4-star restaurant. Eating this with sauerkraut and dijon mustard was a little foreign to me, since I don't eat German or French food, but nice to slather with the meats.
