But this is precisely how my body reacts to MSG. If you are unaffected by MSG, you would probably love the food here. Had I not ended up with the headache, we would have returned another evening because the duck was wonderful and the lamb was also outstanding. The Shitake tart was equally delicious and my husband very much enjoyed his lemon dessert.

In the end we each ate half and I had pizza for my petite dejener this morning. We seemed to be the only Americans there which I like and indicates it's not a tourist place. Pizza was thin in center, requiring knife and fork, but a nice, thick, perfectly cooked crust allowed finishing it off by hand. All in all, a tasty, fairly priced interlude. €66 for two 12", multiple ingredient pizzas, a full bottle of wine, a liter of San Pelegrín and one of those tiny French coffees that I'm developing a taste for.
