Their website insists that to get a discount you must give them your info first and THEN shop. Didn't find anything I wanted. Now I can't get them to stop sending me offers. Dozens of text messages per week and an email every single day would be too much even if I were still interested in buying from them. Moreover, they must have sold my info, because after giving them my phone number, I've gotten 16 - 18 phone calls per day from companies peddling everything from debt consolidation to car insurance. **Avoid at all cost** I was a first time customer, so took advantage of their 20% off welcome offer. I purchased a holster and carry belt from them. After receiving the items, I tried on the belt with the new holster, and the belt is too small, even though I ordered a size 2 inches up from my waist size, so I requested a simple exchange to a bigger size. Not a refund, mind you, just an exchange. I received a return authorization from them and returned the belt at my shipping expense. After they received the returned belt, they issued a store credit for the price I paid after the 20% discount. Now they will not honor the previously paid price, and expect me to repurchase the belt with the store credit at the full price without the discount. So I had to pay return shipping, plus will have to pay 20% more for the same exact product. What a an absolute sham! I suggest you avoid this company at all cost! read more

I bought this holster for my Glock 41 and Glock 21 at first seemed like a quality holster until the leather would not form to the firearm. Overall very loose does not hold the firearm in the holster. I tried to get the leather wet still would not give any retention to the holster. I called their customer service for advice or tips and tricks to form the holster. It took almost a hour to call their customer service. Once I reached them they were more concerned about looking up my order instead of giving me advice to make the holster better. They gave me their email and promptly disconnected the call. Overall their customer service is two guys answering a phone. I tried getting a hold of them through Facebook they promptly blocked me from commenting. Its not a ethical way to help a customer. I would highly recommend not purchasing this product until they fix or improve their product . I have tried every other way to remedy this issue this is my final option to explain to others why their is no retention or form to hold their firearm inside the holster. read more

Ok product, the website is misleading and I would not trust it. Before you buy anything email their customer service. To verify fitment. Having said that don't even bother ordering because their customer service is ridiculous. Their site had bad info, their customer service admitted so as well and when asked about another holster they gave me different recommendations then their own website. Planned on exchanging the holster for a different one and buying the correct one when the model was released. They refused to pay return shipping even though the wrong item was ordered because of their inaccurate website. A point they did not refute until the final emails. They did offer because it was their fault ( multiple times) what they consider "fair" compensation. The SAME cyber Monday coupon code that I received in 4 promo emails. That everyone on the mailing list also got. To them that is "compensation". Told them I was fed up and I was returning the whole order with the expectation of a full refund, including shipping. They said send it back. I paid for return shipping. They only refunded the cost of the items. When I contacted them again, now they offer a return shipping label.......for the items I already shipped and that they already confirmed they received. Not sure how you can use a return label on something that is already shipped. They could have eaten 10 dollars and gotten additional purchases. I ordered 2 itemes a blimished belt and OWB holster on July,29 2024. I have not received anything or any information regarding shipping. Tried ordering a holster and sling from Versacarry in just the right configuration I needed. I placed that order in August. It shipped through USPS, said it was delivered, but never was. I tried contacting Versacarry's CS. No replies. Sent several messages. However, they made sure I received their 1,000s of promo emails. Next, I tried USPS. In true USPS fashion, they were abominable - they said they delivered it, I placed a claim, took them a week to say "no, we won't help." October, still no reply. No CS experience, terrible shipping logistics - Don't even consider this group. Lots of better companies out there. read more

Ordered two holsters on March 20th. On the 29th, they sent me an email to tell me they were out of the 2022 Element I ordered and I could change it to a 2023 model. I agreed to it. On April 12th I called to get a status and they told me the 2023 Element was in production but could not give me a date for completion. It is true shipping took a long little longer than normal on the belt but I appreciate the fact that they were inundated with orders and I wasn't in a terrible hurry. It fit perfectly but I made a mistake on the style. Customer service was quick to help me with a replacement. I give them one star and that is simply because the ratings do not go any lower. I could write a lengthy critical review of my interactions with Versacarry. The review would all be negative. I ordered products from Versacarry after my facebook feed had been inundated with their ads. Versacarry was paid in full by credit card. Versacarry denies receiving the order despite proof of payment. I have been frustrated at every turn in trying to resolve the issue. Versacarry has taken the position it is my problem, not theirs. Repeated requests for a phone number and name of someone I can speak to at Versacarry go ignored. I do not know if their product lives up to it's advertised quality. I have no product to evaluate. Regardless it is not worth doing business with Versacarry. They are in a league all by themselves when it comes to bad customer support. You will be on your own with no support if you choose to order from this company. Almost as a final insult Versacarry is now charging me $8.00 more per holster than the price currently shown on their website. Purchased multiple final sale items in two orders on dec 5 and again on dec 6. These were Christmas gifts. Multiple unanswered emails...missed shipping time frames.... received half my items today January 6th. No attempt to make this right, they didn't follow their own shipping time frames as listed on website and my invoice. Bulk auto answer email replies when contacting them. I would never do business with versacarry again. Now I have a bunch of holsters that we're Christmas gifts and now they are worthless to me. I have had the same problem that most people on here have is that customer service does not reply to emails, or phone calls. This is the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. I wound up ordering my belt from another company on April 1st I'll have it on the 12th. I ordered my holster from versacarry on April 1st and it still hasn't been fulfilled, and I can't get any updates. The owner of this company needs to take a look at its employees and fix the problems with the customer service and fulfillment departments. You shouldn't have to wait a month or more to receive something you have orderd. I am very disappointed in this company and I've purchased many things from them and it just gets worse and worse I will probably never order from them again. We placed this order on 2/4. Online it said it would ship shortly after 2/14. Which was a lie! After no word, we inquired with the company on 2/23. At that time, we were told the item would ship shortly after 3/1. Which was a lie! After this message we waited almost another month with no word. On the weekend of 3/19 we sent the company a message inquiring on the status of our order again and called on 3/21. At this time, we were told that the item was being redesigned and wasn't even close to being ready to ship! This isn't even close to what was being advertised on their website. We told them that this was unacceptable, and we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. They apologized and agreed to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Again, this was another lie! After agreeing they only refunded $4.50 out of the $49.99?? At this time, we decided we couldn't deal with and trust the company anymore and we opened the case with PayPal. Then they tell us that the only way they'd do the refund is if we'd close the case with PayPal. Well, we had already tried that route and it didn't work, they had lied, numerous times. We weren't going to attempt to deal with them directly anymore. We just wanted the order cancelled and our money back that was rightfully due to us of $45.49 to be refunded. I told VersaCarry that we had already ordered a similar item from another reputable company and received it within two days. So, what does Versa Carry do? They send me a shipping confirmation on 3/25, on an item that until we had filed a dispute with PayPal wasn't in stock and was supposedly in redesign and not even close to within shipping time?? Another lie! So bottom line this company is horrible and unethical! Do NOT purchase from them. Two months of waiting and arguing and now I have paid for two holsters and only needed one. Thursday I got my (Belt + Commander Holster Combo) in the mail, I liked it so much I just ordered a second one for a different pistol. It feels a lot more comfortable to wear while riding in the car than and It doesn't print like the Serpa have been using. It took a couple weeks longer than I expected to receive but since they're handmade to order in Bryan, TX. (next door to my Aggies home in College Station), I'm ok with waiting.
