Oscar and Loance both went above and beyond to make sure our experience was absolutely perfect, there was nothing I would have changed! The staff at our venue was causing some issues, and my maid of honor witnessed Oscar standing up to the event coordinator to make sure everything we had been promised from the venue would happen.
