There was an associate there just staring at is waiting for who knows what but at no point ask me for help. Based on the reviews it seems there has been no improvements or willing to make changes. Second person I encountered did ask me for assistance however rather than be helpful she seemed to not want to help me but judge my questions I felt they were very rude , I quickly grabbed what I needed and went to the line which wasn't moving. There were workers in a corner chatting away and not caring to assist the client. It's a shame because I feel they don't care since it's the only beauty store around the area. If you are able to find another place that will be more than happy to help you I recommend you go there. My experience here does not recommend this place its needs lots of opportunities for improvement.

Instead of showing concern or helping resolve the situation, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. I am requesting that the clinic honor what I was told before starting treatment and refund the money for the treatments I no longer feel safe or comfortable receiving.
