we called this company because we had otters on our dock. The company came promptly and guaranteed their work. We paid them thousands of dollars to complete the job. . The otters returned immediately and we called verminators . After waiting 9 months verminators claimed to finally returned to see the problem. They sent us a letter asking for hundreds of dollars additional to solve the problem. Their guarantee was worthless We do not recommend this company . read more

I had a squirrel in my fireplace this weekend, called several companies but Verminators responded quickly to my request, showed up within 30 minutes and got the squirrel out. Then they fixed the spot where the squirrel was getting in, so I didn't have to arrange for another contractor. Could not be happier with the service and at a competitive price. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My first experience with Verminators was positive, I moved into a new house that had a prior squirrel problem in the attic. Katy and Kevin came out, had very positive attitudes and talked a good game. I paid $800 for them to take out the soiled insulation, refresh the area and put down new material. About a year later I had another squirrel problem after a woodpecker made two holes in my wood siding and squirrels moved into my back porch overhang and took over a hole on the side of my chimney. After getting estimates from other companies I went with Verminators again because of the first experience and the warranty they offered. This time the bill was $1295. Kevin and Katy came out, performed a whole house exclusion, installed exit tunnels for the squirrels and installed woodpecker deterrent mobiles. They said the tunnels should stay up for about 2 weeks so the squirrels had a chance to vacate the area they were inhabiting. It is now almost a full year later and the exit tunnels are STILL up on my house. They NEVER returned to take them down. I've called and texted many times, first I was told they were on vacation and would contact me when they were back in town, I never heard anything. Then I was told via text that the service was only complete once the squirrels were completely out of the hole but how would they know if they never came back to check/complete their work!???! On top of that I now have another hole that a woodpecker caused and the warranty Verminators offered is worth nothing because I can't even get a call back. Now I have to start from 0, get estimates and spend even more money. My advice to anyone considering this company is to PROCEED WITH CAUTUON. I guess it depends on the mood Kevin and Katy are in on any given day that determines your result...for me, I will NEVER use them again and will never suggest them to anyone. read more

We had woodpeckers making multiple large holes in our stucco. We tried another company and after a month they came out and did almost nothing. Called Verminator and on the same day Kevin and Katy were at the house looking things over, coming up with a plan, explaining everything, and then the next morning they got it all done. Their work, which was extensive, smart, and so far effective, was also fairly priced and guaranteed for a year. They obviously take pride in doing an excellent job. read more

These guys are great. Our building is a huge warehouse with lots of problem areas, and several companies couldn't come close to solving them. Verminators came out and handled it first try. About a year later we had an issue because someone had torn a protective grid down and we didn't notice it, they found it and fixed it within 15 minutes. We live in an old house - full and charm and critters! I love the charm..scared of the critters! Verminators was able to come quickly, calm me, and get the POSSUM out of my kitchen cabinet!!! They then found the entry point for the possum AND fixed it so it won't happen again! Absolutely fair price and they came so quick!
