To start, they have a good selection of juices (like one of the best local for sure), but the prices for the juices are very highly upsold. Their selection of carts, mods, ecigs are also pretty good, but again, the prices for them are increased (to be expected) for being convenient, and because the staff are generally knowledgeable about their products. Overall, this place is overpriced (especially on eliquid), however they do make up for that with their product knowledge and availability of a variety of top eliquids. If you're in a pinch and need a good juice to tide you over until you can order online, or you are new to vape and would like some knowledge on the products available, this is a great place to look, otherwise I recommend getting your vape needs online instead.

I can understand no refunds, but stores allow these devices to be tried to ensure they aren't defective. The one we tried wound up being defective, and they did not swap it for a different one. Keep in mind we were still present and actually never left the location. So this store took our $10 and knowingly sold us a defective item. The sign in front of the items that said no refunds was hand written and stated no where that they are not liable for defective product. The manager, Ashley, was extremely rude and was not versed in the legalities of offering such products that are knowingly defective: This was theft and we will be reporting this store for these practices which are not morally or legally proper. The Balance CBD Tincture and Relief CBD Salve by BLNCD has made my back pain almost non-existent. I no longer need to go to the chiropractor and massage therapist on a weekly basis. The time and money I'm able to save is shocking. They also directed me towards Bliss by BLNCD and Pinnacle's CBD vapeable. Those two products are able to help manage my depression and anxiety.
