They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer all of my questions. What stood out the most was that I never felt rushed. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered to check my car battery. I didn't have enough time that day, so I decided to skip the battery check, but I truly appreciated the offer. It's refreshing to find a business that values its customers and takes the time to provide honest, and helpful information. I will definitely be back next time I need battery service. When it was our turn, he was incredibly friendly and helpful, and took the time to share what he personally liked about each of the headphones we were trying out for fun. The manager, Mark, immediately got involved and explained that since they could not repair it to my satisfaction they would not just replace the same kind of phone, but upgraded me to an iPhone eights plus and as a bonus for the inconvenience of being without my phone, Mark increased my memory from 32 MB to 64 MB. The screen is bigger, with a brand new battery, twice the memory and is easier to use and view. When is the last time you receive this kind of legendary Customer Service? Me? Maybe in the 50s! LOL. She took special care to make sure everything was perfect and I was out the door in no time with my brand new photos that will bless me on several Euro trips, I am sure. The store was clean and interesting with lots of cool items. The only downside was that she said I would get my digital passport copies in my email in an hour. I called at the end of the day, and they just said to wait. I called again a few days later and gave my information and he said even though he didn't take them, he would try to look. I got my photos taken last week on a Thursday and it is a week later (Wednesday), and I guess I have to accept I'm not getting the digital copies sent to me. My email on the receipt is correct, and I've checked my Junk folders and everything. I double checked my email at the place so I know it would have gotten to me if they would have actually sent them. So just look out that if you are planning to renew your passport online, hopefully you'll get your digital prints, but I did not. No worries though, I might just go up in the future and get another photo taken and try again. I would still recommend the place.
