He did an internal investigation of camera and audio footage of the incidents that happened to me over the course of 2-3 weeks inside the store. He called me after a week and said what I had told him was indeed true and the employee was being reprimanded. (Terry, the manager). He told me that I would be reimbursed for all 3 phone numbers I was given because they 1. FIRST NUMBER...Couldn't get my old phone number back from Xfinity because "they were holding it hostage". 2. SECOND NUMBER: I was told I could not have my old phone number back that I'd had 15 years. So Terry gave me a new one. 3. THIRD NUMBER: A week later, I saw that they had a promotion to get a new phone upgrade if you brought them back your iPhone X or newer. I wondered why this was never told to me. I saw it on TV. I went back to trade in my phone and Terry told me that was only for a new phone number when you signed up for the upgrade. 4. Again, I received a new phone number to get the upgrade. Not happy. 5. The very same day ATT told Terry on the phone that I still had 3 phone numbers because he hadn't canceled the first two (see #1. And #2.) The third phone number he gave me that day (for some error on his part) required me to get a 4th phone number for the upgrade and pay for for two accounts for 90 days. Mind you, I am single, live alone, have no family nearby and am 65. I cannot make this up. I have better things to do. Fast forward to district manager Nathan doing his investigation and determining that I was indeed correct and he would get me paid back for all the phone bills I had. However, I was only credited for the third phone number and not the first two. Terry kept the accounts open for two months instead of canceling them when all this started and with all the "new phone fees" on two lines and two months of billing, ATT says I owe $310. So they sent me to collections. I have been in the store numerous times and asked for the district manager to call me settle this and he has not. I do not think Terry is relaying my messages to Nathan because every time I ask, no one ever calls me. The number I had for Nathan goes straight to ATT who says they know nothing about any of this. I am asking in this review for the district manager to PLEASE CALL ME BACK and fix this situation that was not remedied. Nathan, you did an investigation and found it to be true, but I still need the $310 to be taken off my bill and the debt collector to be called off me. I have given all my evidence and paper trail both to ATT and the debt collector and was denied today. This is enough. I have been taken advantage of. Thank you.

I TOTALLY believe it at the end of the day after countless hours wasted on days that pile up I mean 6-8 hours I have spent trying to resolve the issues the thievery it boils down to them trying to wear you out and give up...I think I am one person ....what of the families with children oh my the money draining out of their account must be more like the force of a recent flood. They certainly did me the moment I had large sums of money in my account it all took shape they billed deceitfully such as the begining and end of EACH month so it could be explained as running into the next month or flexible billing days. even the thank you for payments would be thought to be a second reminder .... BUT ...no. They straight up billed me mostv$400 a month I am one person one phone line . Now they still bill me $375 a month and I have not had service w them in 4 months. They even admitt their mistakes and do zero to fix any of them. The bills won't even include details when I try to login into my disconnected account I'm told I don't have permission that I'm not an owner or manager or my own singular account. This store told me if I came back they would call the police for trespassing because I insisted the store was located in the Marketplace shopping area. it even says that on the huge Steel archways when you enter the shopping area. How can you admit to charging me for a disconnected account which was really just number change...for over a year? And not fix? Absolutely ludicrous

This company has committed fraud against my deceased father for nearly 2 years while he suffered…read morefrom dementia. My 80 year old mother has been trying for months to resolve this fraud, but they refuse. I have called customer service about 5 times, and the people I have talked with have been both rude and are not knowledgeable. They are now attempting to basically extort my 80 year-old, widowed mother saying she must pay nearly $300 for a phone she has never had. I strongly suspect someone has hijacked this account, but no one at Verizon, at this location or at the customer service center phone number cares. I strongly advise anyone to choose any other service provider than Verizon. Yes, we are escalating this case legally, and I have called an attorney and discussed it by phone. We will be progressing to next steps legally shortly. But this is a lot of stress for an 80 year-old woman who can't help but blame herself for this fraud, as if she did something wrong, and who is upset that now her children have to be involved in helping her. I estimate the possible fraud here is in excess of $1000.00 for the widow of an Army Veteran on a fixed income. Personally I would be ashamed to even walk by a Verizon store, much less work in one. This company is a blight on the East Tennessee Community. UPDATE due to response of Verizon below: The response is, of course a total PR lie. I contacted the email address as requested in the response, and 6 days later no one from Verizon has replied to me. Further, Verizon continues to harass my elderly mother with calls, even though they have been informed that her husband is dead, and not to call again. I have retained an attorney and we are moving forward with legal action, which is of course costing me money. PLEASE listen to me, DO NOT use Verizon. There are many choices. Do not make the wrong one.

The kicker is Boone cellular said they did not change the battery - so it is a mystery as to what happened to the original Apple battery in the phone. Also they would not honor the lifetime parts warranty that is listed on their website.

I took it back and told him It wouldn't charge , he said it was my problem and that he didn't touch the charging system. I took it to apple juice at new market. they called me in a couple hours and said it was fixed. they told me whoever replaced my screen had not put the four screws back in that holds the charging port in. that cost me another 85 dollars. make sure you deal with people that stand behind their work.
