Absolutely horrible store. I had to go there, because best buy didn't have the exact phone that I needed. We needed two phones to be on one family plan. The rep told us that he was giving us two phones but four phone numbers, because the two extra sets of phone numbers would absorb our spam calls (it didn't) for no extra price (that was not true). After few months, I checked my bill to see that, not only was I paying for four separate phone lines, I was being charged insurance on the phone lines that didn't have physical phones! When I went to the store, the rep told me I had to come back the next day to deal with the original guy. I did that, and after about 15 minutes of him swearing that the two fake phone lines weren't costing me any extra money, I finally got him to take them off my bill, resulting in an immediate $80/a month reduction. To pay me back for all of my wasted money, he said he was adding a $200 credit to my line. My bill payment just went through, and of course the credit isn't there. So, I will now have to go to the store AGAIN to get this resolved. Next time, I will just take any phone that Best Buy will give me rather than going to this place again. read more

I would like to first say I was one of the first cell phone users at the age of 25 in 1986. I have never left Verizon until this past week. I am saving $130 a month by transferring my carrier to AT & T. I have a plan with 5 devices. I have visited the Galloway store and 70% of those times there was a girl nemed Brandi on the phone every time either arguing with her kids or significant other on the open floor. After I switched to AT&T I went in to get my contract # that AT&T needed and she rudely looked up my number and in a rude tone said " Did you switch to AT&T when I said yes. She told me to call this number. I then had my new phone that I did not quite know how to use since I went from the Samsung to the 13 pro max Iphone. I asked her to get the number keyboard up for me and she gave the phone back to me and said " Maybe you should ask AT&T to show you how to use your new phone??? Why Management allows her to be on her phone for personal use is beyond me....And if she IS the manager explains it even better???? ps at no time when I made the switch and spoke to atleast a 1/2 dozen people from Verizon including personell in the Galloway store..DiD anyone ever ask me why I was switching and how could we keep you? Thats a whole other story that I am sure Verizon could care less to hear! read more

Overpriced and the call centers are the worst and that's if you ever get to speak with a human being.

Very understanding staff. I bought my iPhone from this place and even my girlfriend's phone is from this place. There was a minor glitch in it last week. The rep was kind enough to explain me what happened and how to get away with it. read more

I went to this Verizon store in Galloway twice. The first time I was shopping around for prices because my contract with att just ended. The store manager Rahul assisted me. He was not very pleasant and treated me as if I was dumb and didn't understand what he was saying. Every other sentence he would say "do you get what I'm saying." I only came back to that store because it is 5 mins from my house. The second time I was ready to sign a contract. A young man named Dominick helped me. He was great, very personable and professional. They didn't have the iPhone 6 in stock. Dominick told me he would pick one up for me from another store and he would call me that day. He called me, I went back in and the store manager insisted he help me instead of Dominick because he talked to me the first time I was there. Again, he was not personable a little rude. I almost felt like walking out the only thing that stopped me was I needed a new phone and new phone plan. If you go got his store let Dominick assist you. I've been with Verizon for 14 years but I think it may be time to switch carriers. First, to charge $30 for an activation fee is a joke. Secondly, you guys mark up prices on cases and screen protectors by over 100%, literally. At the store, cases are 50 bucks when I can find the same case for 22.95 on Amazon. Third, I bought a phone last year with a rep who said that I could trade my phone (IPhone 7) after a year for a new phone. I went to the store today to trade my phone in, since it has been a year. Well, it was all BS because another rep said that I would only get 320 trade in value and that I would still owe 120 more. So I was lied to last year then. I've been through a lot with Verizon. I've been hacked, and I forgave them. They don't do anything for you if your immediate relative passes away and you still owe on the plan. Add all of that with my expensive monthly bill. No thanks. I'm done after I pay the remainder of this phone off. The only reason I gave this company 2 stars is because the reps at the store are nice and personable. Except for the manager, whom I'm not even sure works there anymore. He needs better service training. read more

I would have to say this is the worst store I have EVER been in! The general manager is completely unprofessional and definitely should not have a job!!! His level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable! He should never work in the customer service field! He could not and would not solve my problem even though corporate Verizon had told him exactly what to do about the situation. My situation started at another We R Wireless store and escalated when I had to walk into this terrible store! What everyone doesn't know is these "authorized dealers" are really nothing but little companies that make commission off of what you purchase from their stores. They don't care about your contract cause they are not privileged to be allowed to see that information and nor do they care about the needs of their customers!!! The general manager told me to my face that 1 he was over the situation and didn't care and 2 continued to roll his eyes at me!!! You best believe corporate Verizon and corporate We R Wireless are going to be involved!!! The only reason why they are getting one star is because I had to rate it inorder for this to post really they should be minus 5 stars!!! read more

I would have given them a minus rating if I could have. I was told by Verizon to drop my dads phone off at the nearest store. He passed away on Tuesday. When I told the guy behind the counter why was there he jumped back like the phone had a disease. No compassion at all. In fact they embarrassed me in front of another customer. As soon as he knew he wasn't going to make money off of me he told me I had to go to another store. I will never go to they store again! read more

We bought a phone there not more than 6 weeks ago and it stopped working. No water damage, no drop, no crack. Once you're out the door, you're on your own. Will NEVER return and switching to Sprint. Verizon and their affiliates think we need them more than they need us. read more

Don't go here if you have a second choice. The staff member lied to us about when our new phones and cases would arrive. We ordered our phones and cases on a friday and was told that they would be in no later than Monday. Well, our phones came in Wednesday of that week. The problem isn't waiting, the problem is lack of courtesy with a phone call to inform us that the staff member received our phones but he was waiting on the cases to arrive. We would have been left in the dark, regarding the order's status, for close to a week, if it wasn't for making a personal appearance in the store on Thursday. The manager failed to contact us about the phones arriving Wednesday and that he was holding them until both cases arrived. The first case arrived the following Tuesday which we were not called to let us know. Our second case still hasn't arrived which has been 18 days since the order. So, would we still be waiting to receive, even our phones, if we didn't go to the store in person because he has been waiting for the cases arrival? No effort has been made on the staff member's part to keep us informed about the order's status. It's not the waiting but it's the lack of customer appreciation from this store that gives it only one star. read more
