We dropped our phones off at 8:00 a.m., and just two hours later they were completely repaired. One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. Their attitude and customer service were so impressive that we actually canceled our phone upgrades with Spectrum and decided we'll be going back to Mr. Phone Pro to purchase our new phones instead.     If I could give them zero stars I would I ordered the phone on the 3rd it states on their site 2…read moreday shipping I paid with affirm and it took an extra day because of that so on the 5th I contact them and they assure me my phone is sent out go 2 more days no tracking number and they get the tracking number as soon as they send it through to be picked up so Once again they're so sorry they will send me a case and screen protector for my trouble well and I said if it's not sent out I may cancel it I was without a phone this whole time and they said I said cancel it which I never did and I have the emails stating that I said I may cancel I'm going to look at phones I have all the emails showing this, lets move to the 12th I promise it's sent here's a tracking number ok well then they say they canceled it well yes they had to because they had no phone to send so lets move to the 18th the phone arives a glass front and back phone sent in a bubble wrap bag open it screen cracked s pen won't respond speaker for calls won't work they said we could refund you like I would trust them to do anything at this moment I went 2 weeks without a phone and I have pics of everything every email they'll say well you said you wanted to cancel show me where I said cancel my order and even when I said I may abdel says no it's coming I promise you I don't think they ever had the phone in the first place then Abdel says I'm just an employee and I pull their LLC and business license he's on both I would never do business with these guys they are not honest the business has been in 3 names since 2023 I have both papers from the state to show that these are not honest people and I'll warn everyone that tries to buy phones from them do not do it they may be able to fix phones and I think they sent me a phone from a crackhead or something because the phone cracked on one corner nowhere near the speaker oh and not only did they use a bubble wrap bag no insurance on the shipment who does that and I have papers showing that they're yeah send it back so I never get any money and I get nothing for trusting your companies website 2 days 3 with the affirm mishap ok why did it take till the 18th buyer oh and did I mention when I called they told me they sell 300 phones a day and they had to call the warehouse to see what the issue is it's a LLC with one location I don't think they could tell the truth to save their lives oh and I forgot they said it was a verizon phone nope att an all glass phone 1000 miles lets put it in a bag that should work and they tell me we do it all the time look at the shipping bag and I made sure it still had they company on it

    Let me start by saying, I have been with Verizon Wireless for over 15 years. 10 years on my current…read moreaccount and 5 prior on a comp account (I worked for Best Buy Mobile). I have had prior dealings with Cellular Sales and have always been happy, until now. Looking to switch back to iPhone and get the latest Apple watch and owing nothing on my current device I walked into the Bartow store and met with Christina. All seemed well, she said with the cash I had down towards the watch (I wanted to buy it outright) my bill would only go up $20 a month to $181 which included $1,000 trade in allowance for my old Samsung Note 20 Ultra to which I agreed. I even received an email from Verizon while there outlining my next bill and what subsequent bills would be ($181). She advised I had 30 days to bring my trade in back as some of my financial apps were still sending 2FA notifications to my old phone, seeing a it was nearing closing time I elected to take it home to resolve the 2FA issues and bring it back the next day. Two hours after arriving home I receive another email from Verizon with a new outline of my next bill. Now its $271 and $248 a month thereafter! I went back the next day livid and advised Christina this is NOT what we agreed to. She made a bunch of "adjustments" and said it would be 24 hours before they take effect and she can then straighten things out. I also turned in my trade in phone. She stated that was off the next two days but on Thursday would be at another store. I called the Bartow store first thing Thursday morning and request that someone have Christina call me back. Come 5pm and hearing nothing, I went back to the store. This time I met with Rex who assured me the matter would be resolved. HE seemed puzzled on why Christina set things up the way she did and ended up having to get a rep from Verizon on the phone who also seemed confused over what Christina did. Rex assured me all would be straightened out however it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles to see the corrections. Meanwhile, the account still shows a $100 trade in allowance, the cheaper insurance coverage. Luckily I have 30 days to return everything. If this is not resolved, by day 29 I will return everything to the store, pay off the $400 I owe on the device for my second line then will go across the street to AT&T and see what they can do for me. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I feel I was lied to and deceived. If you do insist on dealing with this company, ask for anyone but Christina as she is clueless.

    T-Mobile Customer Experience Review…read more I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my iPhone 13 Pro charging port issue. I pay monthly for device protection through T-Mobile. When I filed a claim with Asurion, I was told it's a mechanical issue and I should contact T-Mobile directly. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was told the opposite, that Asurion should handle it, and was cold-transferred back. After repeating this cycle again, T-Mobile told me to visit a store. I visited the T-Mobile store at 1082 Cypress Pkwy, Poinciana, FL. The rep verified the charging port issue, but the manager refused to process it under warranty, claiming "physical damage" , which is the very issue I'm trying to fix. They again told me to file another claim with Asurion, which will obviously be denied again as a mechanical issue. Bottom line: I'm stuck with a phone I can't properly charge. I'm paying monthly for a protection plan that offers no help. I'm being sent in circles between T-Mobile and Asurion with no solution. This is unacceptable customer service and an awful experience for a loyal customer. I will strongly reconsider staying with T-Mobile if this is how they treat paying customers.
