She was super friendly, answered all of my many questions. She is a huge asset to this company. She got my new phone set up in less than 30 minutes. She was able to set up auto pay. I went in a bundle of nerves as I've dealt with the Mexico location for 20+ years. My anxiety was at its peak. I left with such relief. She listened to me. She didn't push me into something I didn't want. She gave me options. Please know that I'll continue to be an Auburn customer from now on and will recommend that location as well.

My brother is hard of hearing and this is very difficult for him. When we expressed our displeasure, staff member named JT was openly sarcastic and rude. I called out on it saying it's not OK for him to be that way he said actually it is. they have definitely lost my business.

I took my laptop here to be looked at after I dropped it and damaged it. They charged me $25 to…read morelook at it and said they would get back to me with how much the parts would be to fix it. I didn't hear from them for a week or so but then I got a call that it was fixed. This made me a little nervous as I never got a call with the expense estimates but when I went to pick it up they said they were able to fix it without any new parts and only charged me another $30 for the labor. They also removed some junk that was slowing my computer down that I didn't know was there and I am pretty sure they cleaned it as well as it seems to have a lot less crumbs in between they keys and the screen is amazingly fingerprint free!
