I contacted my cell phone carrier and other than a replacement phone my options were limited. I tried several businesses for possible repair of a cell phone and I was directed to Wireless Plus One. 'Mike', Wireless PlusOne, informed me that he works on ALL types of cell phones and 80% of the times can repair the phone -- even if it's been dropped in water. I left my phone at Wireless Plus One for a couple of hours and they gave me loaner to use during the repair time. When I picked up the phone, it was in perfect working order! I would highly recommend using Wireless Plus One for any cell phone trouble (even drops in a bubble bath).

Wait, you aren't going to gouge me or quote some ridiculous price and force me to walk towards the door to start negotiations? I explained my predicament and the owner, Mike, on the phone said that he'd take a look. He quoted me a more than reasonable price and said that if he couldn't fix it, it would be no charge. So off I went to a strip mall off the Hopple St. Viaduct to his store. It was very convenient and easy to find. I kicked back at Camp Washington Chili while Mike worked on my phone. I returned and Mike had surprising got my phone to finally turn on and display a software error; something my phone hadn't come close to doing at any point during my fiasco. I waited and watched Mike handle other customers as they came into the store. Always friendly and knowledgeable, Mike has a lot of return customers and I see why. He goes out of his way to be helpful no matter how small the request. And yes, he was almost as happy as I was when my Blackberry came back to life. The man has mad Blackberry repair skills. So if you're looking for reputable cell phone repair or sales store, this is the place to go.

My late mother used to have her cell phone service through Verizon and sometimes the guys that were working at the store we're good to her, although if you have them, couldn't understand what my mom was talking about -- particularly when she was confused about my Google account accidentally getting mixed in with her stuff on her phone back in the day. When I arrived, the guys working in the store greeted me, but were busy with other customers. I was mainly interested in just looking around and seeing if they even had an android phone case that would fit my new android phone. One of the guys was semi-snotty to me and in a tone of voice, that sounded very contemptuous to me, asked me if I needed help right away, to which I told him that I was mainly just looking right then, which I was looking at a charger for my phone. After poking around, I found something similar to what I wanted, but I could not find the price on it. I felt that I had seen and heard everything that I needed to see and hear in here, so I left. I think that I'll continue to go up the street to the T-Mobile store, where I get a lot better and more friendly service.

I have been trying since August of 2022 to get the correct promotion applied to my phone contract…read more I added two lines to my current contract under the half price promotion providing $600 off per line. Every month I call to get the correct credit applied to my account and I spend anywhere from one to two hours on the phone verifying the availability of the promotion when I added the lines. I have to go from a representative to a supervisor then usually a three way call to the store, this results in my credit finally being applied and assurances that it will be corrected. Tonight the supervisor (Michael) informed me I did not qualify for the promotion. He said he couldn't call the store. He told me the call back I was promised took place this afternoon and a voicemail was left explaining this. I never received the call back that had been promised, much less left a voicemail. When I told him this he immediately kept trying to end the call. I need a number to the President's Office at T-Mobile or an escalation number. I do not accept that I signed a contract with a promotion guaranteed on it and now I'm getting the cold shoulder and told I did not qualify. I need to hear something from someone who can help ASAP please.
