We'd go days without internet because they wouldn't send anyone to fix it. Then, when I finally canceled, suddenly they could offer me internet for $10. One of the reps even raised their voice at me and basically acted like I was stupid for not taking the $10 deal. After almost two hours on the phone, with multiple people hanging up on me, I finally got it canceled. And now they keep calling trying to win me back like a toxic ex who can't accept the breakup. They show up with "flowers" in the form of a free phone line. Girl... I don't want you. You were useless when we were together. We broke up for a reason. Please move on.

Over $100 for maybe 35mbps of download speed is horrendous and anyone that says they're able to game on this is lying. I encourage anyone that has this or is thinking about getting this to look into other companies like Centranet who charges $50 a month for up to 300 mbps. This includes rural Oklahoma so don't let anyone tell you pro value is the only option out here, I promise it's not. I should've known what I was getting into when their website looks like it hasn't been updated since the 50s!

The billing process makes no rational sense. We turned in our equipment in January, after no bills…read morefor several months, and I settled up with the man in the office in cash. Now in April we continue to get bills, with multiple billing charges listed for the same month. My mom was very upset for years trying to figure out the non-sensical billing statements, being pressured to pay for months that she was sure she already paid for. The office is cluttered in chaos. The Internet service was also not reliable.

Chuck,…read more I am writing this letter because what you have told Daniels father about the billing issue is not consistent with the conversations I have had with you regarding this matter, nor is it consistent with what you have told Daniel himself. If this were my account I would pursue the matter but I am just a close friend that takes care of Daniels house and dog when he is away and helps him with various misc matters so he can focus on school without distraction. When Daniels internet was acting up naturally he went to your website to see if there was any issues with service that may have been posted and saw the rates for local service and noticed it was not consistent with his bill. When he called and asked about it you told him he was being billed for Rural service and he must be on the Yost tower. The difference was $10.00 per month from the local rate on the site and this matched Daniels billed rate. I looked at the radius of your towers and it became clear Daniel was not Rural nor on the Yost tower. I came down and talked with you about this (evidence in hand) and you said you would get the billing adjusted to the correct rate. Which was fine and I said for the amount that was over billed over the life of his account he would like faster internet which if billed would have been an addition $5.00 per month however you over billed his account over $200.00 over the life of the account. WE DISCUSSED ALL OF THIS!!!! The Techs over a month long stretch of working on his service until finally getting it to a satisfactory working condition increased the speed, however the speed was only increased after we discussed that and it still did not make a difference for approximately another 3 weeks until they rewired the whole house. So you can imagine my surprise when I talk to Daniel and he tells me you are telling his dad he has been getting billed for faster internet all this time. No he has not!!!! I assure you Daniel games and he knows what the internet download and upload speeds were prior to all this. You sir are either having a memory lapse, have your facts confused, or a re a con-artist. As I told you I worked in the legal field and that is why when I came down to discuss the billing issue with the towers I had maps and GPS coordinates to prove my point and you know Daniel was being billed for Rural service and not faster internet, you told me that yourself in person and on the phone. You made an agreement to increase Daniels internet speed for the 2+ years he was over billed at the Rural rate and not you have a new story your telling his Dad? The new story is he had this other internet plan for a faster speed that doesn't match his billed rate nor did it exist when his service was initiated? That makes no sense. I doubt you will do the right thing and as it is not my account all I can do is write a Yelp and Facebook review to share my experience with your company and try to warn others from the deceptive billing practices. I will now tell all the people I meet moving to Stillwater at the hotel college students. Likely you would be future billing victims! *A only one tech that works for this company has a degree and knows what he is doing all the rest are students with little or no knowledge or problem solving skills. *Time to get the internet fixed was 4 weeks because Techs were not capable.
