Every T-Mobile corporate direct store I've ever been in will replace them for free. They have hundreds on hand that T-Mobile supplies them with for FREE. The only time I've ever seen a charge for a SIM card was from an indirect store and it was only $10. The rep told me they were a direct store and also the only one in town. Maybe that's why they feel they can F over their customer base. I sat down in there store, called T-Mobile, and explained the situation. The rep on the phone apologized and overnighted me one over the phone for FREE! I was going to upgrade my iPhone in 4 days on August 3 considering I just paid mine off and add my sister to my plan. I just moved to town but why would I give them any of my business after that? I'll either do it in Tulsa or OKC this weekend or I'll just do that over the phone with customer care as well.
