I'm thankful that I went into this place to handle my cell phone problems. I was on a 30hr drive after a full day of work and my cell stopped charging for me. I was already interested in updating my phone. when I walked in I met Kira a very sweet and helpful gal, and explained Its been a long couple of days and I wanna know about the newer galaxy's. she was informative and if she didn't know she found the answers. she offered to try and sort my charging issue out on my current phone, which showed me she's not just a sales woman. she values the customers needs over the quick sale which is the best long game sale. she advised me in all the right directions. UPDATE: Pat, the territory manager, was able to help me get this all squared away. I was so very frustrated that I was not able to get anything handled via the Verizon 800 number and thank goodness Pat was able to step in and get the billing taken care of. Thank you Pat! read more

I had a problem with my son's phone while traveling. I spent an hour and a half on tech support with Verizon. They said to replace the phone. I went to a Verizon Corporate store. After 3 hours and wiping the phone, they told me I would have to buy a new one. I stopped in to this store and Colton helped us. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. It was in the Verizon parenting settings. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great service and a great technician. read more

Awful company. Upgraded my phone and they sent me a defective one and sent a new one the next day…read more Said 60 days to send it back. I sent it back got an email that said I only had 15 days to send it back. Now they put a 700 plus charge on my account. Been dealing with this for a week. They Want it paid in full by today. Won't even give me two more days til payday. All because they don't want to deal with the defective phone they sent in the first place.

AWFUL and HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Called 11/20/17…read morefor residential internet, the gum chewing female who picked up did not even announce the business name when answering the phone. She was annoyed that I had called her number for residential when she only handles commercial even though it was the listed number in YP. I got a total run around with her and had to ask and then *insist* she transfer me to someone who would help with residential internet. She put me on hold. During that time, I googled this office and saw they had 2 reviews and both highly negative with experiences like I was presently having. I hung up and won't ever use them for ANYTHING.

I actually kind of love this store. Everyone there is always enthusiastic and happy to help! They are right next to Albertsons; so, they can troubleshoot my phone while I get my groceries. The other day, I went in to pay my bill and found out that they actually have home phones, too. They're a lot cheaper than what I'm paying for Charter, right now. So, I might just have to go back and sign up! read more

The staff down there is amazing!!! They take care of all of their customers and are just awesome people to be around and to get the best advise on the best phone for you. I've never had a bad experience there and I've been there over 100 times !! I highly recommend this location to everyone wanting the best service and people in Sheridan :) read more
