The Wi-fi service was slow when we first got it installed, then after a while it was okay. The TV service on the other hand, sucks. They removed SO many channels and you had to "upgrade" to see the other channels. The only good things they have is the customer service, I'll give them that. (That's 2 stars).

Optimum Sales team will lie to you to get you to sign up for service. I was promised a promotion…read morethat would be $10 for internet and $25 for mobile service for 3 year locked price. However, the young punk who promised me the promotion lied through his teeth. The promotion never existed and instead of getting what I was promised I was given a promotion where I have to pay $20 for internet and $35 for mobile, for the next 1 year, not 3. I wish I could meet the sales rep that I spoke to so I could punch him in the face. Optimum will lie to you just to get you to sign up, and then when you do, they will increase the monthly charges (in my case $20) and just "hope you won't notice". If you do notice and try to call optimum, they will bounce you around like crazy. Internet and mobile are two separate departments. I got bounced between different departments and I kept getting hung up on. I asked for Sales and got transferred to bill. I was on the phone with these guys for over 2 hours trying to get my bill straightened out only to be told that there is nothing that they can do and that "it is what it is". I am currently looking for a new ISP and mobile service provider.
