Service did not work in our condos, so we paid the phone off through customer service on December 5, 2022 so that we could have it unlocked to change to a different provider. We returned phone and Internet on December 9, 2022, in the ruidoso store. The Ruidoso store said that customer service would have to refund us for the phone because we paid it off through customer service and not the store itself. Multiple attempts of contacting customer service and the ruidoso T-Mobile store, we are told that they see the phone has been returned to the warehouse on December 19, 2022, but we are denied our refund of the phone even though they see it was returned, paid for in full and returned to the factory. T-Mobile since December 9, 2022 has owed us $1054.15. They refuse to give us our refund. Customer service is crap and the Ruidoso store is worthless, they do nothing to help resolve this mess for us. T mobile is also sending us bills even though we canceled in the 14 day window and we were told we would not be billed and that we owe nothing. They keep sending us bills even though we have no account with TMobile anymore and it has been turned over to collections. Piece of shit business and workers, they do nothing to help customers and the manager Eric is always on PTO (paid time off). Completely disgusting, would never recommend anybody ever ever ever ever ever going there.

I arrived at 8 AM opening on Saturday Morning with my old Apple iPhone 6S to change to a "new" iPhone 8. Four (4) staff and management leapt into action. They patiently attended to my ignorance, "Do you know your Apple ID?" and "Do you know your password?" No? Ok not a problem! Have a FREE cookie and we'll work through it! GREAT ATTITUDE!! I was so pleased I bought a scrub brush....but that's another review.

Great folks to work with. Reliable, convenient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.read more

I am disappointed to say that I did not have the best experience with one stop shop computers. I…read morespecifically chose One Stop due to their PHENOMINAL reviews. My work PC (an almost 5k computer I built myself for video and photo work) had its OS crash mid day. I had important data stored on my boot drive with no back up (storage is expensive and I couldn't stretch for another drive but I knew better). I called one stop shop and they let me drop it off the same day. I explained exactly what happened. I believed that the bios was outdated (we all get busy right), causing DDR5 instability leading to OS corruption on my ssd. I told Tamica that I usually do all the work on my own PC but opted to bring it in hoping they could save my data because I had no experience in data recovery. I brought my PC into the shop around 12pm with my 4070 uninstalled and in its box because it is a bigger card and I did not want to damage my motherboard. Later that day I received a call from their tech asking about my device. He asked which graphics card was mine because "there were a lot in the shop". He was able to locate it after I told him it was in its original box with my name and number on it. He then informed me that he would be reinstalling windows (mind you, at the door I was verbally told my 100$ diagnostic fee would be credited to my repair and no quotes on prices were given throughout the repair process) Tamica called me by 6pm saying their tech was able to recover some of my data, that windows was successfully installed on my device and that I owed an extra 319$ in addition to my diagnostic fee. I was shocked. I estimated the job to cost a maximum of 200$ from research but finally decided that if they recovered my data it was worth it. When I went to pick up my PC I asked that the GPU be taken out and placed in its box again, for safe transport. This computer is my livelihood. Tamica and Damien assured me that it would be ok to travel installed. I believed them. When I arrived home I found that the GPU screws had not been reinstalled and that my heavy card was not properly seated in the graphics card slot. I reseated the card which was by the grace of God not damaged. When I went to boot my system I found that Windows had been reinstalled onto the same M.2 SSD that contained the corrupted operating system and my missing data. Because additional data had been written to the affected drive before recovery was completed, this may have significantly reduced the possibility of recovering my files. I also found that the shop had added a new Microsoft account for my device and had not given me the password. I was able to eventually figure out the password (1234) but should not have had to troubleshoot that issue by myself. When I finally managed to check my files NONE were recovered. The only files present were those on my secondary drive. When I went to re-boot my system, access bios and command I found that they were inaccessible. After about 30 minutes of use my device showed me a BSOD and was stuck in a boot repair cycle. I eventually deduced that the shop had reinstalled windows on the corrupted m.2 boot drive, effectively writing over my data killing any reasonable chance at data recovery. For a system brought in specifically with concerns about data recovery, I would have expected the affected SSD to be evaluated separately before performing an operation that could write new data to the drive. A more appropriate recovery process would typically involve removing the affected drive, preserving it, and attempting recovery before reinstalling an operating system. This made me even question if they attempted to recover my data. I ended up uninstalling the corrupted m.2 drive, clearing my cmos, flashing my bios and reinstalling windows myself onto a healthy m.2 drive. I respectfully texted Tamica and told her the issues I was having with my device and asked if we could come to some type of resolution because the shop had reduced the chance I would be able to recover my files, incorrectly installed windows, almost lost my graphics card, and almost broke my PC by not installing the graphics card bolts. She verbally confirmed that the work done by the shop was unacceptable and asked for me to wait until the end of the day so we could go over the itemized invoice as well as come up with a resolution. I declined to bring my PC back for the 30 day warranty as I had already reinstalled windows and updated my system. At the end of the business day Tamica sent me an invoice, thanked me for choosing one stop, and wished me a good day. She refused to issue any refund because "Any issues with the repaired device need to be addressed within 24 hours" (despite the fact I texted her with my issues as soon as I got home) and that my PC had a 30 day warranty and they would fix any issues I had with my device.
