This is by far the worst Verizon I have ever been to. Brittany-- sales rep; lied straight to my face and told me that the store will not allow trade-in phones to be dropped off in store. Well I did a little research and it turns out that you can in fact drop off all trade-in's to "Verizon Company Stores," and I'm certain that this is a qualified location. A garbage apology was given but that wasn't good enough due to the fact lies were told and other coworker's who are also aware of the policies just stood and didn't hesitate to correct Brittany in her wrongfulness. I would give zero stars if I could. Their website and their store clerks say they bill in advance but when you cancel your service, all the sudden they bill in arrears so they can get more money from you. Also, the stores say they can't help you unless you want more services. They make you call a phone number where almost no one speaks plain English. Just another reason I am so glad I left them. I came into the store and purchased an iPhone Pro Max. I specifically declined the insurance and stated I was going to buy AppleCare. Despite my repeated statements not to add insurance, the rep added insurance to my account. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Went in to do a simple order for my kids for Christmas. The girl who helped not only ordered the wrong items but wrong sizes. Didn't know the specifics on how it worked. Now I have to send them items back, wait for the warehouse to receive them and will not have this in time for Christmas because attention to detail isn't important. I was clear in what I was asking. This is the worst Verizon store I've dealt with. We have been long time customers of Verizon but the treatment by the employees is ridiculous. Tj has a problem with discussing her own personal information along with others on the floor. Her most recent comment was oh they got money. It was announced to the floor and rather we do or not is not anyone's business. This wasn't even funny. Kendall the manager doesn't address his employees and it reflects on how customers are treated. Verizon is horrible. They quote you a price while in the store, but when you get your first bill, it's about 2X what they had quoted you in the store. They won't discuss anything with you and tell you that you have to call Verizon on your phone to "see what they can do for you", which is nothing but a run-around. They have gotten greedy because they have good reception, so a lot of people use them because of that. As soon as my phone is paid off, I will be going somewhere else and will never deal with Verizon again. I reported them to both the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office for fraud. They ended up reimbursing me $200.00, but it was just to shut me up, because the next bill was the same. I have to thoroughly review every statement each month to check to see what they are charging me for and there are a lot of hidden fees in there we shouldn't be paying for. It is a constant hassle every month. I think they use this tactic because they figure you will eventually just quit calling them. They are very dishonest!! read more

This store is 3x better than the other one here in town. Better phones and service was great. I think they're a corporate store because they were able to do more with my bill and data. Very professional and able to explain what I was paying for and help my family get the best plan. Now I'm texting on a new iPhone 6s that the other place just "couldn't help me" to get. read more

Let's add some more to this fiasco that Verizon caused. I argued with their manager for a long time about paying the disconnection fee because I felt it was unfair and outrageous (over $400 for two lines that were both close to the end of their contract). After some more bullshit and insults, I left the store. I tried calling a few days after receiving the first bill to pay part of it off, I was told that I would have to go online and log in to pay.... Yeah, you can't do that once you've disconnected your phone without the account number and some random info. Well, I called back, gave her my number and everything and she told me she could not take the partial payment and I would need to go online and hung up.... Wonderful. I later started receiving around 5-6 collection calls a day that would ring twice, hang up and leave no voice message. That actually creeped me out because I don't answer numbers I do not know, nor do I call back without a voicemail. Well, three months of harassing phone calls and my coworker called them for me. Turns out they wanted to charge for the fucking phone call along with the collection. These people were literally harassing the hell out of me at work and home for some bullshit. I finally got it paid but not after dealing with their crap. These people are just unbelievably unprofessional and rude. read more

Their customer service hotline is horrible. You're transferred from person from different department to person from different department who know nothing about what you have said before. So you have to constantly repeat yourself. My phone call took 41 minutes to sort things out and by then I was so irritated and resigned, I just snapped at them to stop wording things the same over and over so complicated and just give it to me simple. Plus when you're in distress, the staff in the store make fun of you to your face and laugh at you to your face. This wouldn't be such a big deal, since the same thing happened to me last time with the laughing at me and making fun of my distress but I have severe social anxiety disorder (the kind you have to take medicine got to even leave the house) and this kind of stuff makes me afraid to come back and even just interact with people. I was calling about a bill that was a week and more of my paycheck that occurred because Verizon didn't give me the right final bill to give to Sprint to give me the credit card to pay off the phone in time. So now instead of paying 104 dollars because Sprint would have taken care of the 114 dollars, I have to pay 219.16 dollars and have Sprint hopefully reimburse me if Verizon even gave me the right bill this time. read more
