The person graciously took time to go thru all the steps to get it applied, even though it was not purchased there. She was very knowledgable, kind, & friendly. I just moved to Polson and have been a. Verizon customer for 20-plus years. It is clear when you walk in the door, despite the flashy Verizon signage out front, that this is NOT an authorized dealer. I went in For some help synching my new phone and after 15 minutes of three employees completely ignoring me (and 2 other customers walking out) I asked very nicely, "do we need to make an appt. ot how long is the wait appx?" Without ever looking at me one guy said, "who knows? We are running around with our heads cut off today" (like molasses actually) - sorry if we're too slow for you." !! I'm a normal patient person but these guys looked like deer in the headlights compared to the "usual, professional" Verizon staff I'm used to. Whoever is in charge here needs to show up and pay more attention!! Polson is a lovely town and now I'm on my way back to the Kalispell Verizon store. If you are going in here to upgrade your devices or pay your bill they are great for that, but if you need more you are better off using customer service. They can not answer basic service questions and don't know how some of the services Verizon offers even work. Customer service has it taken care of in less then 5 minutes with no attitude. read more

BEST VERIZON STORE- BETTER THAN VERIZON retail !! Shandice helped me with an issue- I was on vacation in Polson, Montana and had some issue with my phone. I didn't know what was the issue, but I needed my phone to work and stay connected with family. Shandice was patient, very intelligent and knowledgeable and got to the root of my issue and offered me a solution that didn't' break the bank. At the same time, she had questions from her team and I noticed she made sure every customer coming in was cared for. My mom lives in Polson and I just got her a new Nokia Windows Phone and we'll be sure to shop with Shandice because we know we'll get great service. read more

I've gone into this business twice recently and have walked out because the costumer service is so bad! I will order only online and will not return! Excellent service with no waiting, which is unheard of at any other Verizon store I've visited. Shandice immediately knew what my issue was with my frozen iphone. She plugged it in and got the software downloading right away. Then, she and Alex made sure that my data restored from the cloud before sending me on my way. They were great. We called the store 30 minutes before closing because we found out about a great promotion during Black Friday. JC spoke with me on the phone and explained everything well and then invited us to come down to the store and get signed up to switch over to Verizon even though they were closing. This was our only opportunity to take advantage of the deal and he didn't want us to miss out. He and Cara helped us for two hours to get five of us exactly what we wanted with such professional service above and beyond. They bought my 3 year old daughter a candy bar because she said she was hungry and Cara evem held my baby and entertained her while we got everything finalized. JC is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and answered every question we had and really made the whole switch painless and beneficial to us. They are a both so friendly, helpful and professional! I definitely recommend this store!! Update: Nothing turned out the way J.C. promised so we spent 6 months trying to work it out ourselves while he assured us he was working on it himself. We called Verizon ourselves and found out he hadn't followed up at all as he had told us. He failed to return our calls or emails. Not good service at all. read more
