Don't bother going to this store it is way over priced and everyone treats you as though you were a thief. I wanted to buy a cheap bottle of nail polish remover ( yes, even this is behind a locked door! The store has just installed new display cars everywhere) I had to find a clerk, wait gor her to unlock the door, then she took the nail polish from me and told me she had to putting a locked plastic box. A $3 bottle of nail polish remover! What a royal paining. the A$$! If you are co.ing through Polson. or if you live here, do not bother to stop at Walmart! Ok, the many Walmarts I've visited have been lack luster and for the lack of a better word... Dirty! Even the one I've worked at. The service is less than par and is down right shameful at times. I've never ever thought I would be giving a Walmart a 5 star review. This store is down right clean!!! Like I mean from parking lot to the bathroom this place is clean. Shelves organized and stocked and everything where it needs to be. Again something I never expected at a Walmart. The customer service I've received the past few times here has been well above par, in fact excellent for a Walmart. Very curtious and welcoming. These associates want you to come back and their service proves it, from the cashier's to even the deli department. The garden Dept is exactly what it is and has the basics of what you need. The clearance sections are stocked well and in fact they had an amazing deal on a wood barely ice cream maker! $20 is a steal!!!! I believe I heard the location is newer and I hope that they maintain the level of service along with the cleanliness. If they do I see no reason why this location will not maintain a 5 star. Still can't believe I just rated a Walmart 5 stars.... I'm beyond perplexed. read more

There are around 10 self checkout registers, 2 20 items or less registers, and all the others that should be manned. This morning, there were only 2 manned registers available and Ling lines in both. I chose to use self checkout which only had 2 people using them. When I approached self checkout, an employee asked if I had 20 items or less. I said I thought it was close, then proceeded to ask if that was a new thing. She said yes. I did not see any signage in regard to this new policy and proceeded to use self checkout. I ended up with 29 items. Towards the end of my checkout, the employee approached me, and rudely stated " from here on out, you are only aloud to use these registers if you have 20 items or less." Here's what I find crazy. 85% or better have more than 20 items when shopping at Walmart. It is a store that encourages purchases. Yet, they are only manning 2 or 3 registers and expect everyone to stand I. Line when there are 10 or more self checkouts that aren't being utilized? This doesn't add up. I plan on ordering my food and trying to avoid Walmart from here on out. That's just crazy!!!!​​ read more

Around 6:50PM Friday, as I was walking out of the wrong lane at the Polson Walmart, while attempting to receive a very important call, two gentlemen who were watching those who come in and out audibly commented at my lack of awareness for going through the wrong lane. I was about to apologize, as I noticed my error, but I was receiving a call. As I was picking up the phone, they felt the need to further comment how I seemed oblivious due to me simply having a phone in my hand. At this point I felt extremely disrespected, and had to hang up the phone to comment back at their ridiculous lack of respect. A good "fuck you, that's extremely disrespectful!" hopefully got the point across. Fact of the matter, is that I've heard that these two gentlemen have acted in outrageous ways towards multiple customers. Apparently they'd ridiculed a elderly man for going through the wrong lane as well!! And had the audacity to force him to go through the correct lane!! Additionally, a woman who had a service dog was forced to leave her animal in the car, which has broken malfunctioning door locks! If these two gentlemen aren't properly reprimanded for their actions, and seem to keep up their constant bickering as door WELCOMERS to customers, then I have a serious lack of confidence to the Polson Walmart management. I am leaving a 1 star review for this location, and likely never returning unless utterly necessary. We are all humans, going through this COVID-19 crisis. Polson Walmart seems to be giving jobs to the wrong people! Officially boycotting this place. read more

Poor John in electronics hates his job... I could tell he was having a bad day so I was extra nice to him and he was still a grouch. Just not friendly... Doing the bare minimum... And hey I get it... Walmart isnt the best place to work but John needs an attitude adjustment. Sorry I was the reason you had to do your job today Mr. Unhappy... Maybe theres a night shift stocking job they can give John so he doesn't bum customers out with his terrible attitude. read more
