We came here at noon for a spa appointment and thought we could walk around and check out some stores but the entire mall inside was completely empty. The signal here was also very weak - there are parts of the mall where you lose signal completely. Different parts of the mall are also not connected inside, you have to walk back out if a certain store you're looking for is not in a specific section.

You get the occasional mall‑walker doing laps, and the background music is turned up just enough to make the emptiness feel more pronounced. A handful of national retailers are still hanging on, plus some local one‑offs, but the overall energy is subdued. The food court is basically symbolic at this point--two spots on paper, one that looks like it closed ages ago, and the other not open (and possibly not operating at all). It's hard to tell where the line is between "temporarily closed" and "just a relic." On the positive side, it's clean, safe, and easy to navigate. If you're staying nearby, it's a convenient indoor loop for walking, and there are still a few functioning stores. But as a shopping destination, it's running on nostalgia more than actual retail momentum.

He snapped at me saying there was people behind me and again I matched his energy saying I wasn't blind and took a look behind me. His whole demeanor was rude and acting like he was on his last nerve having to DO HIS JOB, by scanning our 12 items. We don't even live here but close and I'll go to kalispell everytime. Bc the feckless employee was not worth spending my money there. Every one there from the employees smoking RIGHT outside the front door to the cashier to employees walking, high, and aimlessly around the store was unsettling. Now I drive right on by and give my business to what is sadly not a locally owned establishment because I can't afford to shop at super one when prices are so much better almost anywhere else. "employee owned" Super one employees, why do you feel the need to take such bad advantage of your local community members? Sadly, the answer is because the customers that grudgingly pay This establishment's ridiculous prices And continue to patronize this establishment give super 1 the power to do so. Update: gone back a few times, kept track of the prices posted vs. the prices at the register, over half of the items were more at the register than posted on the shelf. Lazy or intentional? who knows. Don't take my word for it, use the calculator on your phone and decide for yourself.
