I had account with Verizon about 4/5 years ago and I had transplant and change my service to another provider and didn't receive my final bill because I was in TN for medical reasons and I end with a 70.00 final bill and because I didn't get it and when I was able to manage my business I paid the bill and the person I spoke due and it was during Covid and the person I spoke with advised they will remove the late payment on my credit report and now it's pulling my credit score down and the persons I spoke with can now only give me their rules. Super slow service they had me waiting for two hours while they watched an American football game they couldn't finish giving me the service and there were 4 in the store. I was trying to get my step dad's phone on. The phones are in my brother in law's name, but he lives in FL. They wouldn't even call him so he could give them the ok to look at the phone. I guess they expected him to drive from FL to AR to take care of the problem. read more

Recently my wife's phone wouldn't respond to people with iPhone after talking to a Verizon technician 4 different times at an hour and a half each time with no results we went to the Verizon store on central where the manager Michael and another employee Sandra went about and beyond to fix the problem. Sandra was awesome as well as Michael stepped in and fixed the problem which was a technical problem with Verizon. If you need to talk to someone those two are the best. So I guess it's just never addressed and you don't care that she's RUDE combative doesn't listen and is extremely hostile THEN YOUR MANAGER STUCK UP FOR HER!!! Because I did not want to discuss my finances with her she threw a tantrum and threw me out of the store over it or at least attempted to!?!? As a black woman it seriously bothers me that another black woman unfairly judged me decided that I'm not cool enough for her to wait on and this is OK there are multiple complaints about Jasmine!!! Obviously you don't care. She doesn't need to work in retail if her anxiety is SO bad that she's triggered when an adult tells her respectfully and calmly they don't want to discuss their finances that not what they came for and I'd JUST gotten bad service from your 3rd party whom you claim no responsibility for, and that was rubbing salt in thy wound!!!! I'm disgusted by the behavior of the employees!!! They are narcissistic humans and if you're not buying they don't want to help you!!! I'm going to have to get a new phone it may be time to go to xfinity mobile since they use your towers anyway.....$40 a month for 2 lines for a year?!?! I have had a cell phone since 2001. This was hands down, the best in-store experience that I have ever had. Went in for a screen protector, walked out with an upgrade phone, screen protector, phone case. No pressure at all. Plenty of room to browse and every question was answered without a toll of the eyes and with enthusiasm. Service was fast and friendly. They don't treat you like a burden. I feel like they truly want to find the best solution to meet your needs. Props to Christen and Chiara (?). They were very helpful, patient, and accommodating. Thanks! read more

Verizon had representatives in the area going door to door doing promotions after the promotion if I didn't want the service I could cancel the service and send the equipment back. I have been trying to return the equipment but I have not been able to return the equipment. I called and was told that they would send a return box so that the equipment could be shipped back and that was on the 25th of March. I waited until the 4th of April and called again I was told the return package was shipped and if I didn't receive it to call back I called back on the 10th of April and was told the return package wasn't shipped because my service was not disconnected and now it's under fraud investigation. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. I spoke to the supervisor and ask why was my account under investigation and he said he couldn't tell me and he would send link to verify who I was and after that I would have to send ID to verify who I was I told I felt like I was being discriminated against and he said I need your ID I ask him if I could have his name and ID number so he said they just give initials. I ask if I could speak to someone that was over him and he said they're just going to send it back to him. I told him this was ridiculous and I would call back. This has been by far the worst experience I have had just trying to return equipment. I still have the equipment and I don't want to be charged for something I don't need and if I did need it because of the customer service it sure won't be from Verizon. read more

Hello sir , My name is Jordan Ybarra I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years I am also a war veteran. Today I came in to the store and had my brother with me so I can add them to my account . Jasmine was the woman who came to us and from the start of the conversation she was rude , disrespectful, unbelievably unbecoming argumentative when I asked for a manager and told her I didn't appreciate her attitude she told me how she didn't and kept yelling at me and arguing with me over it. When the manager came out she stood by him I asked him 5 times please make her leave so I can speak to you I have PTSD and anxiety he told her to then she goes well I have it too and this fucker triggered mine. I find that insulting on many levels she kept saying stuff as she walked away ! I am not happy with this and I've never been treated this way for years I want some type compensation. Any reason why this happened I would also like formal investigation, launched her actions so that she could be better educated on how to properly treat customers. I will also be reporting this to corporate and leaving reviews on all levels so that this will not go unnoticed. Thank you for your time read more

I was seeking to switch my wireless provider, as the family plan I was on with some relatives was just too expensive, and my then-current provider could not offer an individual plan that was less expensive. I looked up information on the Web about the competition, and saw that Verizon was offering unlimited plans at "$40/line." This Verizon store is the closest to my house, so I thought I'd check it out. An older male employee who was hovering near the door swooped down on me as soon as I entered. I explained my situation. As soon as he heard which provider I was with, he shook his head and said "oh they're terrible, but we're even more expensive." I asked about the advertised $40 plan and other options, but he continued shaking his head, saying that they wouldn't work for me (without explaining why). It was almost as if he was trying everything he could not to get my business, to get me to leave the store. He was very discouraging and dismissive. I was pretty shocked at all of this, and I left. I never got farther into the store than two feet past the door. Apparently Verizon doesn't want new customers! read more

I was paying for a tablet that I didn't have for 15 months. 19.99 for 15 months. They only gave me $50.00 but it adds up to 299.95. My new tablet wasn't even activated thru Verizon. Nobody told me I had to call Verizon to activate my tablet. I am very upset about this situation. They owe me $249.99 still but say they can't give it to me. Worst costumer service I have ever seen. I watched sales professional sale a $80 charger to an elderly lady instead of explaining she just needed a charge block and sold her water resistant case calling it water proof when her phone was water resistant already. The tech person who also needed to check in and doing interviews was telling everybody to just use the online options including us. When we explained we wanted to work with a person vs online service she rolled her eyes but took our information. We finally were seen and treated very rudely and spoke down to us. We made a comment about her attitude she informed us she didn't have one. She lost over $5k in sales plus services and my business account will not be going through them anymore!! I would leave names but none of employees were wearing badge or name tags. read more

Just arrived in the area and my son wanted to add me to his family plan, a number had already been established for me on his account. The rep at the North Little Rock store kept trying to sell me a new phone or new line and became very abrasive when I asked about difference in pricing, very unprofessional. I left the store saying I'd think about it. Returned the day after and wanted to give him another opportunity to assist me. Again he couldn't answer my question and again was abrasive, I walked out and drove another 20 minutes to another store where I was assisted in a professional atmospher setting and cell activated within 15 minutes. Good listening skills are very beneficial if you want a customer to return. I'd drive 45 minutes to the Little Rock store any day for good professional customer service. read more

They charged my bank account $1048 that I did not authorize. Set up a payment arrangement for the end of the month and they didn't do that they charged my account immediately. I call customer service and after being hung up on twice and 3 1/2 hours on the phone they say we are sorry but there is nothing we can do That I will have to go to my bank to dispute the charge keep in mind this is 230 on a Saturday and they have put my account $600 in the negative and all they can say is we are sorry. This is not the first time I have been screwed by this company I am going to the better business Bureau Monday morning and every other place I can to turn them in!!!! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE*** LIFE. I went in there with my boyfriend and he asked the worker what he had to do and how much he had to pay to get an upgrade for the iPhone 7 plus and the lady stated it would ONLY cost him $162 to upgrade and turn his phone in and get the new one. Well, when she brings the phone out and it about to start getting it together she told him he owes $90 on it the phone...but she told us the ONLY thing he would be paying that day is $162 to get his new phone. And so he asked what he paid the $162 for and she said "oh..that was paying off your old phone first" BUT SHE DIDNT TELL US THAT. The general manager then comes out tells us he can't get his $162 back because it's store policy. So we went in there to get a new phone, and we leave with nothing but $162 out of our pocket. This would've all been okay if we would've been informed about what was going on more. We are the customers, not the worker we don't know all of these things so we come in there expecting to be told everything. She also stated she was trying to hurry up and get off in 15 minutes and had a horrible attitude the whole time and tried to talk us out of buying the new phone in the first place. Whatever you do, do NOT go to this Verizon store. It sucks. The people are rude and don't inform you of what you need to be informed of before purchasing a phone! read more

These people are liars!!! I told the girl who helped us we wanted the 64g Iphone 6 and 64g Iphone 6 plus. She gave us the 16g and by the time I noticed it was 2 days past my 14 days, I only noticed because my phone started sending me messages my storage was full. They refused to change them, Also was told that if we got a tablet it was on in store promotion for $60. I got my bill a few days ago and was charged $249! I have called customer service and been told since I got it at the store it has to be resolved there. They got the store on the phone and the manager told me he would talk to the rep and call me back within an hour because he wanted this resolved today. That was Tuesday at 1pm.....its Thursday...still nothing. I called customer service back...they got them on the phone again and I went through the whole thing....still waiting on a call back but was told I couldn't bring the tablet back because it past the 14 days....it was past that before I got my bill!!! I will never step foot in that store and I will tell everyone I know not to. read more
